Show up on a Monday around 11am, immediately get service and a smile, and they pull the parts I ordered. Turns out one of the wipers is the wrong size. They grab the right one, make sure the replacement doesn't screw up my discounts, and I'm in and out in about 20 minutes. Brilliant! Customer service was top notch when I was there and I haven't had any issues with my battery or wipers yet.

Terry went above and beyond, giving me some advice on repair, and the install. All his advice was dead on, and the guy knows far more about my motor than I do. He didn't try to gouge me for services I didn't need. When he had a question, he called, and I appreciated that. When at Eastwood I asked about the shop and they said their reputation was excellent. I can only say that I agree. I am very happy with the work done. They've got classic Corvettes and far more exciting cars to work on than my Disco, but they got the job done right, and I would go back for more machine work in the future.

They didn't want to honor my warranty for my brake pads so I had to call corporate after being on the phone with them over an hour I still ended up paying for my brake pads when I had a lifetime warranty.
