In particular the manager Mary always goes above and beyond. She is pleasant to deal with, provides great customer service and will even pick you up/drop off from the train station. She has even picked up oil from the local Walmart for me to help save a couple of bucks. I cannot recommend Cal Side and Manager Mary enough - THEY ARE GREAT!!

Additionally we have already wasted almost half of the $5000 we have paid in full to Burnham Harbor because our slip just sits empty for half the season which started April 15th. Many boaters have had a similar experience this season. Shame on these guys for wasting resources of so many loyal prepaid customers.

I'm an old guy, emails are fine; but I'd like to have a human answer a phone and just give me the appointment time when I ask. As for the engine service and repair we were doing, FANTASTIC. Anthony is an expert Volvo guy. Zipped through the routine service and troubleshot the intermittent start issue like the PRO that he is. All Fixey-Fixey. What had been a difficult EVC fault issue was solved as a grounding problem. Given the chance (are you listening Jonathan), I will call for service from CYW without hesitation. Anthony is now my ace #1 Volvo guy. I hope to get this kind of expert service on other problems also.

They wouldn't let me speak with Lund directly either. On top of that they left my boat uncovered outside to get snowed and rained on in the winter.
