Randy, Brian and his team at Wildside just get it done right. They bring light back to the trades. Im just so pleased with everything they done so far. My Rubicon JT has a lot done so far and much more to do. They got 2 phases done with some minor complications due to item coming in damaged or missing a part in the a set. Phase 1, I was informed of 2 speakers damaged from the set so they put in something temporary so at least I can enjoy the upgrade. Phase 2, I had some adaptor that was supposed to be in the kit and fresh out the box came in short. With in these 2 phases they got so much more done which I would need to write a book about. They are just great people with great personalities. Truly raised with integrity, pride, love and passion for their trade. We need more businesses like theirs. Anthony is an expert Volvo guy. Zipped through the routine service and troubleshot the intermittent start issue like the PRO that he is. All Fixey-Fixey. What had been a difficult EVC fault issue was solved as a grounding problem. Given the chance (are you listening Jonathan), I will call for service from CYW without hesitation. We knew what we wanted, we just did not know how to incorporate it in the existing home. We were not looking for an architect to control the entire project. We have been doing the general contracting on our own and Studio 21 was the perfect firm for us. They drew out the plans and submitted for permits once that was all approved we took off flying with it. We did run into a unforeseen bump on the road with the crawl space foundation where and an existing addition was done in the 1940's, three cinder blocks deep. Gregg was able to amend the blueprints for us to get us back up and running. We now have a 100% full basement instead of 5% crawl space for the addition that was existing. We have yet to finish our total gut rehab/addition but we could not have envisioned working with any other architect firm other than Studio 21. As busy as they are, they took the time to answer our questions and go above and beyond anything we could have imagined possible in our home. Words cannot express their attention to detail, knowledge and creative minds. Bill and Gregg did an excellent job. We cannot wait to move in and finally enjoy the home. Studio 21 can tailor the project for your needs. They can go as much as doing everything for you to letting you fly on your own. If you are looking for an architectural firm definitely add them to the list of the potential candidates. We highly recommend them.

Who is nice enough to do that? He walked me through how to drop off, told me Frank would take great care of me and he did! I picked up what I can only describe as a perfectly brand new looking seat. You would NEVER know it had been repaired. So people if your seat sits wrong, is cracking, looking sad on the always used drivers side. There's HOPE for you! I saw the photos of how they even fixed the actual foam under the seat, not just the leather. I am so EXTREMELY HAPPY! I have to tell you to go here. Don't think about it.
