During my cognitive test, I became very emotional and overwhelmed because I was struggling to get through the test. She told me to stop crying. She was very calloused and mean, she made the comment that I did not loose any money so why would I cry. She gave me a spinal tap. Someone rushes in, and says sign this form. No explanations, no prompting on potential risks and side effects. She thought it was funny that I jumped when she inserted the needle in pain and laughed that it hurt. They handed me a paper with side effects. I ended up in bed for a week very sick.
