Our surgeon specifically is Dr. John D Day, and he has saved my wife's life two times now. And we are eternally grateful to have her care continue to be in his steady hands. Staff is friendly and appointments arw always on time (you won't usually wait here for an extended period of time beyond your scheduled appointment). While we trust Dr. Day and Nexus... Went in for them to check if my migraine was bring caused from a car accident when I hit my nose with a steering wheel. Before the doctor even expected me he already made his mind up that he couldn't help me. He did hit basic stuff like "open your mouth and say Ah" and then he put something in my nostrils. All that was less than a minute. He then said " looks like you read the symptoms on migraines and you should go to a neurologists". The best part was the lady at the end that was referring me to a neurologist. I wouldn't recommend Dr Garcia. He's a jerk and needs to read some books on empathy. He does things differently than our former doctor and we've had to adjust. But he is always kind to her and careful with her. He always brings in an associate to help and all works out well with the appointment. As for the front desk, I've never had any problems with them. As a matter of fact, they don't ask me for referrals, which they should and could, but it sure helps me out. We have never had to wait a long time to see Dr. Nanez. In El Paso, it is common to have to wait one or more hours to see doctors, because there are shortages of doctors here, but we always see him quickly. I don't know about other doctors in this practice. They moved to this office on George Dieter and the parking is more limited and often the lobby is full, but we don't have to wait long. I always recommend Dr. Nanez for an ENT doctor.
