This business sent me to collections for a petty amount of money without ever having sent me a bill. Of course I paid it the moment the collector left me a voicemail. What is wrong with this lazy billing department? All that I needed was a bill, phone call, text message, or email. read more

Fast and professional love the receptionist & Dr , definitely recommend them and their care

Came for a physical with an appointment at 230, got brought back 30 minutes after my appointment, and have now been sitting inside a room by myself for another 30. Never been to a business that goes about their customers like this. Especially with appointments, why make the appointment. read more

I started at 11:30 am using their online app. Since it was the first time, it took about 30 minutes (provide photos of documents and set up their associated mobile app). My appointment was scheduled for 1:45 pm. I arrived 5 minutes early. I arrived and they said the wait was one hour. I described that i was not a walk-in and that i had an appointment. It didn't matter. I was set up in the order of all patients in front of me that included walk-ins. Another hour passed and I was told that there were still three patients ahead of me and that it would be a second hour of waiting. Bottom line, for this company, expect to wait hours and just walk in as the scheduling system does not matter. read more

I walked in with an abscess tooth. I did not know that they didn't take my insurance. I was seen for less than five minutes by the doctor having paid a $35 co-pay then I received a bill of $200. I looked it up legally. They don't have to tell you they don't take your insurance and that's not good Customer Service. I treat people the way I wanna be treated. Omission is lying. Shame on you. read more

The whole process from booking my appointment online til the time I walked out was fast and easy. When I arrived, the receptionist was polite and professional. She handled everything efficiently. The nurses and PA's here made me feel comfortable and I received the prescriptions I needed to deal with my issue. I am glad I decided to try Urgent Care for the first today. read more

Lol thank goodness it was me going to Urgent Care this time due to nuts or other medical issues it was my boyfriend who came home from work earlier than expected due to an earache and a cough. Since he's a pilot he can't fly when his ears are infected so we selected this urgent care since they had no people waiting in line and to our surprise we were actually really shocked how quick they had him in and diagnosed within 10 minutes in fact I was still filling out his paperwork when he came out. We were very impressed with how quick and professional the staff was here and would definitely come back to this location again if need be so I highly recommend this Urgent Care. read more

My wife has been in serious pain for two weeks. Week one, we had to constantly call them, because they were not following up with what they said they'd do. We ended up driving back to the clinic to pick up our order because they had never sent it to the office that needed it. We are now two weeks into this, my wife is still in pain, and they told her that, despite having an order for an immediate test, so we can figure out what's wrong with her, they would not send the updated order to the medical office that is waiting for it. My wife is still in pain, for absolutely no good reason. The lack of compassion is really shocking. I recommend trying one of the other many urgent cares in town before going here. read more

I've been to this location a handful of times over the years. Overall, nothing bad to say. Just sometimes they are quick to say everything is a virus when you get diagnosed. I set up an appt and was seen within 5 minutes of my appt time. Highly recommend using the app to make an appt. The doctor I saw today was extremely helpful and took the time to understand and answer my questions. read more

I don't know how this place is legally allowed to operate. I went to this location a couple months ago extremely sick because I had a 104 fever, a cough, and trouble breathing. I made an appointment but that didn't matter because I ended up waiting two hours to be seen anyway. The nurse who saw me was very kind and showed concern for the state of my health and said she would get the doctor to see me soon. I then had to wait nearly another hour before the doctor came in. She barely listened to me when I explained my symptoms and told me I tested negative for both Covid and the flu, but she said it was probably just a false negative on the flu and that I would be fine taking over the counter meds and I should be fine in about a week. She kept recommending things that would "help my sore throat" and I had to keep repeating that I don't have a sore throat, I have a cough and I can't breathe. When I was checking out I was handed a box with a nebulizer in it with absolutely no mention of what it is or what it does. I had to Google it when I got home to try and figure it out because it doesn't come with instructions and the doctor said nothing about it, didn't even mention a nebulizer as something I might need. Then when I got home I realized I was given the paperwork for a different patient who has my same name. After waiting a few days and trying the nebulizer (which did literally nothing to help) and my condition kept getting worse I sought out a REAL doctor who was able to immediately identity that I had pneumonia and get me a script for antibiotics and an inhaler which fixed me up frustratingly quickly. Oh and that useless nebulizer that they just threw at me on my way out with no information whatsoever? I just got the bill for $250 for that, so that's great. This place goes beyond incompetence, they're downright negligent. read more

I had an appointment 2 weeks ago for a possible broken finger. Dr. Seaman I would rate a 4-5 star review . But the office itself and follow-up deserves a zero star! No one has ever called me back with x-ray results and no one answers the phone. read more

Horrible Dr did not even call in all meds and it took office a whole hr to answer call just to be rude!!!!

This place had strong pros but a couple strong cons, too. The day I came, there was no doctor on staff, only a Physician's Assistant and Nurse Practitioner. Also, their X Ray machine was broken. Fortunately I didn't need it! Unfortunately, they did mess up by sending my prescription to a different place than I asked. On the positive side, FNP Seaman was awesome and super helpful. He diagnosed me quickly and correctly and prescribed just what I needed. I'm already feeling so much better! Honestly, the woman at the front desk was also start to finish super helpful and friendly. The staff were super kind and provided a remedy quickly. I just wish my prescription had gone where I asked. read more

Went into day for 2 ingrown hair cysts and all they did was take a skin calture of the one that burst on my last Friday night and did nothing for the other one that is about to burst. If your wanting any quality care NextCare is not the place to go. I am so pissed I was charged $161 for the same care I am doing at home on my own. It can be hit or miss here. But if you use the Solv app you can set an appointment and avoid a lot of trouble. I would say 4 out of 5 times I've visited this facility it's gone well. All of my kids have visited around flu season a few times, and I tend to have chronic issues with back and neck. The good staff will look at my record and kind of speed through the process based on my history. The crappy staff won't bother and then they'll ask a bunch unnecessary questions and even question symptoms as though they don't believe the patient. It can get weird. Just stay calm and resilient and firm in your responses in those cases. Ex: Once my son messed up his leg pretty bad and they wouldn't give him crutches. We just went back the next day and they gave us crutches. So that's a perfect example of how it is there. Most of the staff give a sh*t and also want your visit to go smoothly and quickly. But every now and then you'll get staff who are adversarial. Ultimately, they are close to our home and they are open when we need them. Overall I trust their services. read more

I have been coming to this location for years. Since the pandemic they have like many health centers seen a dramatic increase in foot traffic. This has lead to what seems to be stressed and unfriendly staff as well as poor booking management through their app partner Solv Healthcare. I have now waited over 4 hours for my appointment and the front desk said they called me 2x to let me know they had an opening... well didn't receive those calls so when I show up early for my 4:15 appt it's now GONE. Now waiting over 30 mins in this lobby stuffed with people... if I didn't have COVID before I surely do now!! read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE- DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I brought my 80 year old mom there after she fell at her care facility. She had a broken wrist and a hematoma above a black eye. We arrived about 6:30 She finally was called back about 7:15 then they told her that she should go to the ER. They ARE an urgent care... They were not qualified to treat anyone!!! We asked about her broken wrist and they said there was nothing they could do because they couldn't treat her wrist and not her head- We asked if they would at least wrap her wrist because she only had gauze on it from the care facility... they refused and said there was nothing that they could do.... They suggested we get a wrist brace from CVS or Walgreens if we wanted to wrap it asap..... We believe they didn't do anything more because it was almost time for them to close.... They sent away an 80 year old woman that had a black eye and a broken wrist and did NOTHING!!!!! NOT EVEN A WRIST BRACE OR EVEN AN ACE BANDAGE!!!! Took my 7 month old and saw Elizabeth (dont remember the last name of the dr, older women) Anywho, went in & my baby has had 2 ear infection back to back so this 3rd time I already knew it was an ear infection! She checked my son and said no, no ear infection. The inner ears are red due to him crying! And she did a RSV test on him instead which she mentioned they'd call the next day with results THEY NEVER DID. Anywho, took my baby thr next morning to his Pediatrician he has discharge coming our his ear due to the ear infection that Elizabeth said wasn't there even after I explained numerous of time she stated no, nonear infection! Fast forward a week later I take my toddler in they said they'd send a prescription over to our pharmacy, well 2 days later no prescription was sent even after calling and asking them to resend it. read more

I am so impressed with the service I have received here at this location. Everyone is so helpful and caring from the time you are greeted at the front desk until the time of your departure you will be met with excellent customer service. I have been continuously coming each Monday morning for the past four weeks due to a workers comp claim and in this time I can say I have not been let down. My treating provider has been Aaron Seaman who always greets me with a smile and a positive attitude. He has went above and beyond in setting me up with outside sources for rehabilitation on my hand and wrist. I am exceptionally pleased with NextCare and always have been, however, this location has to be the best. Thanks again Next Care team for going above and beyond what's expected and delivering outstanding patient relation services. Cynthia Conley read more

I came in here sick. It started awful as the front lady sat on a personal phone call for about 10 mins. Then she finally gets off her call and ask if I have an appointment or if I'm a walk in. I said walk in. She then tells me they are all booked up and she can't see me. Doesn't even know why I'm here. Doesn't give me anything except they are booked? No one is in the lobby. She's talking personal phone calls. What a joke of an establishment. I guarantee they are staying afloat off of medical grants and bs rather than actually helping people. read more

I only went to Nextcare Urgent Care on Mckellips because it was the only one open . I waited over an hour and a half and I saw the doctor for approximately 3 minutes and she said I wwillsend a prescription for pain medicine to the pharmacy for your back . I called the pharmacy several times and they had not received it I called again the next day and they still have not received it I called Urgent Care and they said they are not allowed to prescribe that kind of medicine . They should have told me that in the office but they didn't . I give it a very very poor rating because their customer service sucks and so does their doctor. I wouldn't recommend this Urgent care to even my dog. The doctor got paid for doing absolutely nothing. Traci B. read more

I was at your 535 McKellips North Mesa location because your website stated it offered walk in Covid 19 testing. The front staff was friendly and helpful however the provider that my daughter seen was more concerned about getting off by 8pm then helping my daughter. She came in and said you should take her to the ER, didn't even check her out. I asked if she could do the basics and look in her ears and mouth to see if it was strep or possibly an ear infection... She did a quick look and said "no looks fine there's nothing I can do, just take her to the ER" so I left and took her to the ER where we waited 5 1/2 hours to find out she has strep.... A simple test that the provider could have done at this urgent care and saved us time, money and my daughter a night of being in pain. She could have prescribed her medication and she could have started them last night instead of this morning.... The providers bed side manner was the worst! She was irritated with every question I asked and didn't want to do anything.. closest location to my house my son woke up throwing up and had a fever I made an actual appointment for this location so we could be seen sooner. What a joke! after 20 minutes of waiting, mind you my son is nonverbal and doesn't understand what it means to wait, I ask how much longer. I'm told my the super "cheerful" front desk rep that she didn't know...they just took back a family of 5 so I have to wait for ALL of them to be scene before it's our turn, but she assures me I'm next. Thats ridiculous, why on earth should anyone make an appointment but show up and it doesn't matter because they are under staffed or so it seemed. literally worst place ever and front desk lady acted like I was the stuck up one for cancelling and leaving because I wasn't going to wait however long till they were free. do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, unless I showed up the one day this place was crap, urgent care is a waste of your time. read more

I had to be on the phone multiple times had to go in to urgent care three time physical besides my initial check up. 7and half hours later and some detective work on my half plus being ignored by the front person for OVER AN HOUR! this is the worst urgent care i've ever been to. brought my partner in because he literally couldn't breathe. two hour wait. just to be seen by the doctor and not treated whatsoever. not tested for anything. they "sent" a prescription to our pharmacy for the medication he needed. that took hours to fill. despite knowing. that he couldnt. breathe. by the time half the prescription was filled (they only sent half.) he was white. his lips were blue. tell me why my partner did not get a breathing treatment in the office?!?!?! isnt that what you are there for?? why did we wait two hours???? for what??? for half a prescription to be sent??? we should sue. this has to be illegal. not to mention it turned out to be covid. did they test for that? of course not! they don't care about you, they care about getting you the hell out of their waiting room. do. not. go. here. read more

This place is a joke. They don't have real doctors, they have physicians assistants. I went here last night because I've been experiencing unexplainable fainting spells for the last four or five days, and all they did was write me a referral to go get a CAT scan at the emergency room. But all the referral says is "recommended for higher care". So, when I got to the ER, they had to start the evaluation process all over again from square one. When I asked why I couldn't just get a scan like the urgent care "doctor" was acting like I would, the nurse told me that it's because nobody takes this place's referrals seriously, because they don't have any real physicians there. So if you have an actual medical problem, I highly recommend going to an actual medical facility instead of whatever this place is. Everyone else in the industry thinks this place is a joke, and if you go here with an actual medical issue, all you will do is pay $100+ for a piece of paper stating that you should go to see a real doctor. This place was a complete waste of my time and my money. If you really want to pay $100 for a sheet of paper that says you should see a real doctor, mail me a check or send me $100 through PayPal, and I'll make you a copy. read more

I went in on Saturday, about a half hour before they closed, with a horrible pinched sciatic. I was a bit anxious when I came in because I am used to going to the VA ER when I have any injuries like this and am often left sitting there for 8+ hours just to be belittled and treated like an inconvenience and sent on my way with no answers and ibuprofen if I'm lucky... It was slow when I got there, and I was back in a matter of minutes. The assistant was attentive to my concerns and efficient, and the physician who saw me was just fantastic. He was compassionate and said he gets this from time to time, himself. The empathy was much appreciated and alleviated some of the stress, and I was soon on my way to get scripts filled and relax at home. I also appreciated the available discount plans they have, since I don't have insurance (I do everything through the VA). They actually called me today to see how I was feeling, too. :) Overall, I had a great experience here and I won't hesitate to go back if I ever find myself in need of urgent care again! read more
