I have never had bad service from anyone at this wonderful facility. They have been taking care of my entire family for years and they are so caring and kind. From the moment you make that phone call or stop at the front desk, you are treated to the nicest service by some of the nicest people I know. I have seen all of the providers at this business, and They ALL go out of their way to make sure you receive the best possible treatment. She never proved anything and never any followup to check on it. I am obese but was told I looked pretty good so I never got any help with that. When the Medicare GLP-1 bridge program started I hoped to participate but that didn't work out. I could have then been covered by Part D but the doctor (NP) would have had to work with me. Instead she blamed any issue on the nurse, and said she would not see me again. Now I am looking for a new doctor which I should have done years ago.
