Lana Sykes technically is who I was scheduled to see. Almost comical how she was highly recommended by the hospital when we first moved here due to the complexity of my medical conditions, however this is not a doctor we would ever trust to treat a patient that has any issues beyond possibly a sinus infection. Pathetic excuse for a "doctors office" and even more sad that an office manager can call a patient derogatory names and get away with it. Guess we will continue to travel over 14 hours away fro good medical care and where doctors actually care about you. In the end it was the Radiologist and Dr. Schneider that figured out what was going on. He actually took the time to listen. He always does.
