The environment just seems so warm and inviting. We called ahead of time to make sure there was no live music for my hard of hearing grandma and they were very sweet. Their card machine went down while we were there and I spoke with the owner while she was trying to fix it and I could really tell how much love she pours into this shop. She was so apologetic and talked about how stressed she was. She was very helpful and I appreciated how helpful she was especially when my grandma asked about a niche tea.

Everyone who works there is warm, kind, and has a ton of knowledge to share when it comes to teas and essential oils. They carry a huge range of loose leaf tea blends, healing herbs, and unique gifts, along with tea sets, books, and little treasures you won't find anywhere else. The food menu had a great selection as well! They offer gluten free choices, which I really appreciated. I ended up getting the gluten free brownie and you can't tell it's gluten free! So decadent and chocolatey. It's the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease. Such a charming tea spot in downtown Cheyenne. Would love to come back!

The offices were a bit bare bones and appeared as though they had just moved in, so that made me a bit anxious but I was willing to hear from the doctors and learn more about the program before I passed final judgement. "Doctors". Part of the draw of this plan and this weight loss option for many is that it is 'doctor-supervised' and that plans are designed and curated for each individual by physicians who are capable of understanding any biological issues that might be impacting your weight-loss journey and adjust as needed. Medical professionals that are knowledgeable and sensitive to how medications and vitamins and drastic changes to the diet can affect well-being. Concerns about existing medical conditions that could be exacerbated by this program. Or that's what they'll lead you to believe. When I sat down in the office for the high-level presentation about the program, I saw that I was considering putting my health in the hands of a DOCTOR of PHILOSOPHY and a CHIROPRACTOR. Their advertising is deceptive and misleading. Doctors, yes. But not the kind that you want to entrust your wellbeing and health to. Their dietary menu program and plan is almost identical to Medi Weight Loss and although the MWL costs are an investment as well, it's reassuring to know that you meet and regularly consult with their licensed medical physicians and that nutritionists are involved in your care weekly. Blood pressure is taken, EKGs, bloodwork is monitored. It's a much safer program and although I'm not here to stump for MWL, I'm saying that it's a program that is VERY similar, from a weight loss totals and cost standpoint, and most importantly, you're SAFE and in actual physician care. I was hoping to hear something less strict but equally effective as MWL, but I left feeling that relying on these folks to care for my health would be irresponsible. My 1-star review is what it is because I felt deceived and that I was led there under false pretenses and I believe they are purposefully misleading everyone that ends up in their offices due to advertising or 100.7. I drove out of my way to get there, only to turn around and leave when I felt that my health could not be properly monitored by a Philosophy PhD. and a Chiropractor.

You get used to only eating 500 calories a day, but the formulas help take the edge off. I've lost 50lbs and since ending the program have kept it off. The price was high, this is why I have only given 4 stars, but I feel amazing now and I don't think I could have done it without 20 lighter!

NEVER NEVER NEVER GO HERE! I just had a baby a couple months…read moreago, so I went in looking for dietary supplements to help burn some extra tummy fat off. Unfortunately, I did not find what I was looking for so I proceeded to go do the rest of my shopping in the mall. As I was walking to my car, the manager, who I swear was on drugs of some kind, stopped me screaming slurs at me insisting I stole from her store. Keep in mind, I have never been in one of these stores, which was VERY CLEAR as I had to ask questions about every thing I looked at. When I asked what she was talking about, she refused to give me any sort of logical answer, but continued to call me names. I proceeded to go to MALL SECURITY asking to see footage, or to get any sort of comprehensive explanation as to what was going on, who then informed me that they had no clue what I was talking about. Mall security went BACK to the store with me, where the manager, who clearly was not all there, then began screaming again that I was a thief. After much deliberation, even mall security said that she was in the wrong. Keep in mind, she was insisting I had stolen a HUGE black gallon of something. I had tight workout clothes on, a small purse, and absolutely no way of "concealing" something of such great size, nor would I ever. At this point, mall security had to leave, pretty much saying she was in the wrong here. This manager then SCREAMS IN MY FACE to leave her store, says she's calling police on me, and then proceeds to get right up on me, practically assaulting me, saying that I'm scaring her employees and to leave her store. I'm visibly in TEARS at this point, and she would not stop. SOME PROFESSIONALISM THAT IS. She then followed directly behind me into the main mall area, where she was screaming names at me. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU SUPPORT CRACK HEAD MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES.
