Both locations already had access to my son's records and X-rays, knew exactly what had been going on with him, and we didn't have to start from scratch explaining everything all over again. At our most recent visit, in **less than 4 hours** they evaluated my son, took more detailed X-rays of his elbow, had a radiologist take a closer look, identified a joint effusion and possible fracture, and got him into a splint. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. A special thank you to **Britney and Jennifer**! They were both so sweet with my son and made a stressful situation so much easier for us. After struggling to get clear answers elsewhere, it was such a relief to have a team that took our concerns seriously, communicated with each other, and made sure our son was taken care of. I am extremely disappointed with the care my wife received at Best Med after she fell from a semi…read moretruck at work. She could barely put weight on her left leg and specifically complained about tingling and her foot feeling cold, yet after only two X-rays she was told nothing was broken and was sent home to "take it easy." Thankfully, I encouraged her to go to CRMC for a second opinion because something clearly was not right. They performed more xraya and found a fracture under her kneecap that your clinic completely missed. What is most frustrating is that I called to voice my concerns, was given the office manager's number, left a message, and still have not received a call back. This situation could have become even worse if she had continued walking on an untreated fracture. I believe this situation deserves a serious review, and I would appreciate a response regarding how this was missed and why our concerns were dismissed.

I asked my neighbors if they know a good dentist and they told me about Aesthetic. I had an abbess tooth over the weekend and on Monday I called Aesthetic and they got me in that day, Dr Dz has a great bedside manner and explained everything to me, sent me to a an Excellent specialist ,Dr Mead, that day and had me fixed up in a matter of hours. She was absolutely insistent that we pay for our "missed" this number was in the hundreds, and as we all know NO ONE can really afford to pay HUNDREDS of dollars for "missed" appointments. I told her, I was in the hospital, which is why I couldn't make it to the appointments. I feel as though this is a pretty darn good excuse for missing a dental appointment, but the "office manager" told me, it's still my responsibility to cancel the appointment, well what if I was INCAPABLE of calling to cancel? After all no one PLANS to end up in the ER. Now, I wasn't actually incapable of calling to cancel, but it wasn't at all top of mind, I had bigger fish to fry, concerning my health care. She told me all balances needed to be paid, prior to seeing me for an abscessed tooth. Absurd, and shows how much she cares about their patients.
