I have never had bad service from anyone at this wonderful facility. They have been taking care of my entire family for years and they are so caring and kind. From the moment you make that phone call or stop at the front desk, you are treated to the nicest service by some of the nicest people I know. I have seen all of the providers at this business, and They ALL go out of their way to make sure you receive the best possible treatment. They expect the clinical staff to do the providers job with the littlest pay you can expect. Find a new provider. You want records requested? Good luck 95% of them will get lost or never received. Almost comical how she was highly recommended by the hospital when we first moved here due to the complexity of my medical conditions, however this is not a doctor we would ever trust to treat a patient that has any issues beyond possibly a sinus infection. Pathetic excuse for a "doctors office" and even more sad that an office manager can call a patient derogatory names and get away with it. He was compassionate & understanding, answering all my questions about my condition. I can't say enough positive things about his office staff, friendly & so helpful during my first visit, making sure I had all my initial paperwork and letting me know what to expect. Dr Allen took his time explaining what he saw on my MRI, giving me confidence that he actually cared about helping me. To add more positive to my experience, I will be seeing Dr Allen in his CHEYENNE office on my future appointment!
