The care team (Robin, Jordan, and Tina) here are some of the best I've ever worked with in an Urgent care setting!! First of all, they still except walkins, we went to one of the other places in town first, and I, being in technology, cannot figure out how to make an appointment with them online as required so no one was there. I called Xpress, urgent care, and a human answered the phone, she was wonderful by the way. We walked right in, but the person behind his head made an appointment online so you can do that as well. I had my 99 1/2-year-old grandmother with me, and she needed to be seen. Everyone was so kind and patient with her. I would return, without hesitation.! read more

I took my kid to express urgent care in January thinking he had an ear infection. After a long wait but finally got seen by a Doctor, They said nothing was wrong with him. They said if I wanted to do a Covid test or strep throat or any other additional testing it's à la cart- i would have to pay additional. So I didn't opt for any of those. I left with no diagnosis and they sent me on my way. The very next day, a different clinic diagnosed him with a double ear infection gave him an anabiotic and within days my kid was fine. So I basically paid two bills, but only one Clinic was able to do the job and diagnose my son correctly. Then I got a bill from express urgent care for $157. I tried to go in and pay it in person and plea my case that I didn't think it was fair because there was no diagnosis, but I was still willing to make it right. The gal said she would try and visit with the owners and she didn't accept my check and I didn't pay anything that day. Six weeks later I get a nasty gram in the mail saying if I don't pay now further financial action will be taken. It felt like a threat. When I walked into try and pay it with that exact same check from six weeks ago, They accepted my money and that was the end of that. Period .I will never go back. I asked to destroy my records, and I fair warn anyone that walks into that place be weary. Also be aware that the same owners also own a Medi spa called Melt so you might want to proceed with caution, before going to either spot. I wish I would've known what I know now. read more

Have brought my kids here several times. Always courteous staff and competent care. Check in was fast but waiting time was slow due to being called out of order. I prefer this clinic as they seem to be faster with a cleaner and updated facility. Robin is a great provider with excellent patient and diagnostic skills. UPDATE 04-29-20: They have updated their patient database system and are now requiring all new paperwork if you haven't been here in the last year or so. Too cheap to move the data from the old system to the new, which also means no continuity of history of care. I worked on moving data in several projects in the past myself so I know it's not hard, just detailed and tedious. On the other hand, Robin is still fabulous. read more

Don't recommend for travel PCR testing. They gouge you on pricing under the guise that they test you for a bunch of stuff you don't need when all you need is a PCR Real time (RT) test. Used to be $106, but now a 100% increase - $212. The staff is nice. Other services, they seem to be okay. read more

Very caring people. Even though they were busy when I was there the nurse practitioner took her time with my son. She got to the bottom of a health problem he's had for a while. He's doing better now than he has in 5 years. She went above and beyond. More than I expected from urgent care. read more

Went in and was quickly seen. Covid test administered. Told I should know the results in 3-5 days. Turns out a subcontract makes test result notifications. Today was 8 days since the test and I have been left hanging. This is totally unacceptable. read more

The providers care more about the limits and obsolescence of their knowledge than actually caring for their patient. It seems the information I provided overwhelmed the PA's medical acumen so she became controlling and physiologically activated and nasty. I asked her several times to go cool off and come back and actually hear that I had been confirming what she was demanding. She repeatedly refused. Then the male dr(?) swooped in with a passive aggressive comment about his sacrifice to save the day as be boomed at my tiny self sitting in a tiny room. They were both only aware of puffing up themselves it seems. I watched him notice my flinching and it seemed to empower him as I had to break in to ask him to lower his voice. Now I realize, he put on a show of listening when he demonstrated a profound gap in knowledge about how to read lab results and a stunning ignorance about the healthcare system for veterans, like himself. He ultimately denied treatment citing a lack of symptoms that I had confirmed FOUR times that I had. The same care I had been directed to obtain there by my regular physician and had received from an urgent care setting the year prior - Precedented treatment that I provided several references and scientific literature to show was previously recommended and administered to me by specialists. So they both refused treatment merely because I didn't meet their rote punch card or acquiesce pleasingly. Gee. No other woman on the planet has ever encountered that in accessing medical care eh?! It's a damn shame that this is the quintessential example of American healthcare. Express Urgent Care is the McDonalds of healthcare. Adjust your expectations of its employees accordingly. read more

My wife has the flu. Went in for help. Doctor comes in with a winter vest on I wasn't sure if he even worked there. Not professional. They said she needs fluids. Went to give her an IV in her hand. Blew the vain and she was bleeding alot. Tried again in the other hand. Blew that vein too. All they did was recommend sips of water. We had to pay for that! They didn't even try to make it right. read more

Checked online before coming in. Website said no more appointments available today, but that you could just walk in and would be seen. Walked into clinic, a heavy set, dark haired woman not wearing her mask and actively chewing food approaches me with a rude look on her face. She proceeds to tell me they weren't accepting anymore patients tonight due to an hour wait time. It is 5:15 pm...they close at 7pm. There was only two people in the waiting area. She responded that people were waiting in their cars and told me to go to another urgent care. Extremely poor communication skills. I would be embarrassed to have that as the first impression of my facility. read more

Updated 12/1/19 Excellent Staff! I took my kid into the ER last night with a severe migraine, dehydration and body pain. They tested for the flu - came back negative, and gave him meds for the migraine and sent him home. Awoke this morning to find him still in pain - went to express care - one simple question "How do your ears feel" - his answer changed the treatment plan. How did they miss that at the ER? It went okay. I had to wait in line for an hour and I won't be able to know until 2 days for my diagnosis.

Ok I came in a few days ago after a work incident, and had them look at my ear that was hurt , Penny was at desk and was very professional handling this situation I was facing , Shaina was the tech and Robin Duncan ( np) well the ear needed stitches and this team was out standing , even handling me passing out on them , instructions were clear and today I sit and wait ...with a itching healing ear for the day I get to go back and again thank them for the work they all do ! I recently came in to this urgent care while in Wyoming on vacation and I have to say this was one of the best urgent care experiences I've ever had. Mollie was fantastic and so were her office staff. So friendly and polite. She took her time and explained everything to me and also went out of her way to expedite my lab results as I am from out of town. We've been using this place for years when we need to. Today we go in and there are 3 cars in the parking lot including mine. We waited roughly 30 mins in the waiting area, no big deal. Waited at least another hour in a room before the doc ever came in. Then I'm told my son's bloody stool MIGHT be a virus. No tests. She didn't even want to see the sample I brought in to show them. We walked out and will never return. If something happens to my child, I know who to sue. The receptionist is always great though! read more

To begin with the receptionist was very rude and acted as though I was bothering her. Yes they were busy but I wasn't in a rush. Next I got testing and sent back to my room which was fine. Despite all my symptoms however, they only tested me for strep. An hour later the doctor comes in and tells me I do not have strep. She palpated my abdomen but only around my spleen despite my complaints of lower abdominal pain. They sent me home with no medicine or instructions. 2 days later I end up in the ER with the same symptoms but severe. Guess what! I needed an antibiotic for the stomach flu. I will never return here if this is the care they serve and only listen to part of the patients symptoms instead of the whole picture. read more

I have never been this upset with a professional medical practice before. I just spent 2 weeks quarantining so that I could drive to Montana today to spend the holidays with my family. I stopped in this morning to get a rapid covid test before hitting the road to be extra safe. While waiting in the lobby a woman came in with her two children saying that her husband was positive and they all needed covid teats. Two minutes later her husband enters the lobby and sits down with everyone despite being covid positive. I immediately complained to the staff that I was not comfortable being exposed when we all knew the situation. All they did was tell the man he could not go back to the exam room with his family but allow him to remain sitting in the lobby exposing anyone who came in. Now instead of traveling to see my family today as planned I have to go back into quarantine for another seven days until I can get tested again which will definitely be at a different, safer establishment. Furious does not begin to cover it. I will be reporting this establishment to the proper authorities over unsafe practices. read more

The NP became angry with me for asking to see my X-rays. As an X-ray tech for 25 years I think this is totally acceptable to views my own images. Her attitude is very condescending and totally unnecessary. I'm not sure why the NP continues to practice when she remains angry every time we come in. After today I will just drive by and take my business to Stitches. read more

Was seen by Molly Means PA, I Received excellent care and she had a very caring attitude, friendly. The clinic was very clean. I was treated professionally from check in to discharge. Only took 30 min from start to finish.I would recommend this place again. read more

If I could give a zero I would. I just went in for a sports physical for my child and the nurse practitioner was the worst provider I have ever experienced. I am a nurse with 20 years experience and try to give healthcare workers the benefit of the doubt. However this NP was rude, uncaring and basically not interested in listening to the things my daughter or myself would tell her. When trying to give her a health history, she kept interrupting me to tell me about other patients she treated. So she missed valuable information I was trying to give her. After it as all done she refused to clear my daughter due to a mild concussion she had years ago and could clearly assess she no longer has symptoms of and was cleared by her PCP. Now I still have to wait to have a physical again from HMU daughters PCP. What a waste of money. She has an ear infection her PCP diagnosed yesterday and was started on antibiotics. Her tonsils and lymph nodes on that side are huge. But this NP pretty much told me they were wrong and it is just wax in her ear. I will never go back to this place and will discourage anyone I know from seeing this NP. read more
