All staff was thorough, incredibly patient and thorough. My 90'ish mother has had surgery with the Vascular office, Dr Kfoury and staff were excellent in practice and experience. Dr. Gates also had to perform surgery. Again, he and his team were exceptional in every way. She has also recently seen a cardiovascular Doctor here. Again, exceptional both professionally and generally. I highly recommend CRMC as your local medical teams. The building is also very nice with a wonderful cafeteria (many choices and a lovely setting), an amazing gift shop and coffee shop, a pleasant waiting area and you can either park or use the valet service. **No one is perfect and I caution against negative reviews that may actually reflect the attitude/behavior of the reviewer than the service provided.

All they needed to do at the ER was pull up the records from the same system, confirm it, and provide me with medication. This took over 4 hours. 4 hours, I sat in a room, and the doctor tells me it took him that long to find the records, when these establishments share a system. Or, he could have had someone call and have the results faxed over. We still have fax machines. Point being, I sat for 4 hours, received no medical care during that time, and was charged an insane amount of money for it. The billing team was rude, refusing to give me a proper itemized bill AND telling me that it "wasn't that bad" for an ER bill, so I should just pay it. And when I was finally directed to the patient experience team, I was met with a complete lack of empathy or understanding from people who refused to listen to me. Despite placing a grievance on the basis of NO CARE, a bill adjustment was refused because "the care received was appropriate". So, this hospital finds it appropriate to not give their patients any real care, charge them for it, then have their billing staff belittle them for struggling financially like many Americans are right now. Absolutely unbelievable behavior.

Woodstock Visits the Gorilla Exhibit…read more https://youtu.be/ddAQIP5N7qs My first and last experience at the Cheyenne VA, one of a dozen VAs I have been to: Lab tech dude interjects to scare the redhead lab tech with a warning about getting in trouble if she processes my lab work order. Awesome buddy, so helpful! Then he stands up and moves his body between she and me and repeats telling me what I've already addressed with her. He asks me a question and continues to nod his head in acknowledgment as I answer but then he doesn't answer my question in return because he didn't actually hear a word I said. And when I point that out, he makes an excuse instead of apologizing or being accountable and proceeds to repeat the same useless thing for a third time. Civilian much? They continue to ignore everything I've said and say I need to invoke a lady in another office but they won't contact her or tell me how to do so. I sit and wait while the four lab techs try to figure out how to do their job. Ten minutes into looking at my medical record I hear my husband's name and they ask out loud whether or not I'm the veteran. Apparently, women aren't veterans in Wyoming. Who knew?! Not sure how that is relevant at this point or how I would have medical records at the VA if I wasn't a veteran but hey! I can see how that might be confusing to primates governed by fear and misogyny. So I go tell the Patient Advocate what's happening. He says "huh, I wonder why they said that?" completely uninterested in the answer to his own question. We sit in silence and I ask if it's ok that they did that? "Well I don't know what happened." Yeah you do buddy, I just told you. It seems you missed our conversation. Later I go back to tell him that dismissing and invalidating my concern is disgusting. That's literally HIS JOB. He says he doesn't know what I'm talking about. Again! I just told him the problem and he responds that he doesn't know what the problem is. Exactly buddy. Exactly. Dude is a big bruiser twice my size and is so afraid of a tiny woman that he literally can't hear or process the words that come out of her mouth. After getting angry at first, I've actually been laughing myself silly about this the rest of the day. Is the VA staffed with gorillas?! I go to the Administrator's office and his secretary spends the time it would've taken me to voice my concern getting directed to send me to his underling. So doubling the time and effort of everyone involved to send me on a goose chase is the best use of resources?! I guess that's why he makes the big bucks eh? She's knowledgeable and tries to give me the information I need to get the lab work done. I start asking her a clarifying question and she cuts me off halfway through my sentence. She at least acknowledged what she did when I pointed it out and apologized like a respectable person. Takes a woman to be man enough to show the respect I'm due apparently. My doctor, a guy who spent his entire adulthood career in Antarctica presumably in the company of only men, chose to wholly discount common scientific fact to warn me with anecdotes about my fertility. Besides the fact I can read research literature and understand statistics, not to mention believe my own reality that I have lived all these years, I spent $120,000 on my education to study that Sir, so sorry I can't afford to pay attention to your invalidation and nonsense. But I promise to name my baby after you! Cheyenne VA: unless you're wearing a penis, you're an apparition that they can't and won't see or hear. Funny, I wasn't issued a penis at boot camp. So am I really a Veteran after all? According to them, am I even a person? Chattel it seems. The best part is...Americans think they are better than Muslim nations who dress their women in abayas out of respect and honor. Here, women are just simply invisible non-entities! If I wear an abaya, will you run my blood test? Do you want me to repeat this in Arabic? You know, that the military spent years teaching me for the WAR that my husband didn't serve in.

The staff go above and beyond to care for their patients, and make a veteran feel welcome. The only negatives that I can think of is that there isn't any free WiFi anywhere in the building and the Radiology Department doesn't seem to be on the same record system as the rest of the hospital (so no using the Kiosks to self-check in for appointments).

I'll start with the fact that Teresa Cady "Family Nurse Practitioner" (what a joke) is the most…read moredishonest person i have ever dealt with in the medical field. She runs Cedars Health LLC. She keeps her dogs in the office (huge cleanliness concern) and she is also the only person available to see anyone who comes to this office because there is not an actual Doctor on staff (knowledge concern). She also runs the front desk, before then coming back and popping up in the exam room as your medical professional. That being said, ill move on to describe my experience with Cedars Health LLC and its owner Teresa Cady. I injured my right foot by dropping the corner of a refrigerator I was moving, and I needed some time off from work and a doctors note to get that time off without a hassle from my employer. In my experience this type of thing happens pretty commonly. I chose to go to this clinic to acquire the note instead of the emergency room because I thought the cost would be less significant. I was wrong. For starters, Teresa Cady, who I mentioned earlier actually owns the place though I did not know it at the time, charged me $200 just to see her! I told her i hoped maybe she would wrap my ankle in an ace bandage and send me off with the note I needed. She agreed. So I left with my note and a wrapped foot. About two weeks later I received a bill for the visit. Like I said I had been charged $200 for the initial walk in, but when I looked at the itemized bill, I saw I had also been charged additionally/separately for the ace bandage! $80! What ankle wrap could possibly cost $80!? I was furious, so when I came in to pay the bill I brought it up, to her face at the front desk where she lounges with her dogs. She said that these things were out of her hands, that she didn't know anything about how the billing was calculated, and that if I had any questions I had to call the billing department and tried to pass me a phone number. She just played dumb. I couldn't believe she wasn't willing to adjust her dishonesty when blatantly called out on it. I will let everyone in the Cheyenne area know about the experience I had here. I will ruin the reputation of this business for its dishonesty with me. Avoid this Clinic at all costs, it should not be a medical facility. It exceptionally represents everything wrong with the medical industry in America today, and Teresa Cady is in the business of stealing, not the business of healing.

If you have something urgent, you have to go to an urgent care facility. I was able to get an appointment that same day at Cedars. I found Teresa Cady to be very thorough and knowledgeable. I thought she was personable also and listened to what I had to say. So often, medical professionals make a person feel like they don't know anything or don't have a problem that is worth treating, or they disagree with what you are trying to tell them. That was not the case here. She took a thorough history and was able to address a few other issues I had been neglecting. The office ladies were very nice also. I only waited a few minutes. The office was also very clean and tidy. They did have a dog in the front office by the reception desk. I like that Cheyenne is still a small town place where there can be a dog in the doctors office. Not everyone may like that but the dog made the place feel more welcoming to me. I've heard of doctors who keep a cat or dog in the office and it really helps some patients, especial those who get nervous when going to the doctor! I would definitely recommend Cedars and Teresa Cady!

They said if I wanted to do a Covid test or strep throat or any other additional testing it's à la cart- i would have to pay additional. So I didn't opt for any of those. I left with no diagnosis and they sent me on my way. The very next day, a different clinic diagnosed him with a double ear infection gave him an anabiotic and within days my kid was fine. So I basically paid two bills, but only one Clinic was able to do the job and diagnose my son correctly. Then I got a bill from express urgent care for $157. I tried to go in and pay it in person and plea my case that I didn't think it was fair because there was no diagnosis, but I was still willing to make it right. The gal said she would try and visit with the owners and she didn't accept my check and I didn't pay anything that day. Six weeks later I get a nasty gram in the mail saying if I don't pay now further financial action will be taken. It felt like a threat. When I walked into try and pay it with that exact same check from six weeks ago, They accepted my money and that was the end of that. Period .I will never go back. Thankfully, I encouraged her to go to CRMC for a second opinion because something clearly was not right. They performed more xraya and found a fracture under her kneecap that your clinic completely missed. What is most frustrating is that I called to voice my concerns, was given the office manager's number, left a message, and still have not received a call back. This situation could have become even worse if she had continued walking on an untreated fracture. I believe this situation deserves a serious review, and I would appreciate a response regarding how this was missed and why our concerns were dismissed.
