This location cares about their online presence. There is a board in the hallway that has their current ratings with sources such as Google and Bing, but no surprise that their Yelp score is not being tracked. Melanie at the front desk was courteous, however there is no way that you (the patient) can get seen unless the office knows how they are getting paid. My husband came here for a work injury and unfortunately he didn't have the insurance details. Many calls to the home office and finally he was able to be seen. I know that this isn't Melanie's fault but what a pain! We had Lori as our provider. She was quick to the point although she didn't spend more than three minutes with us before leaving the room. My husband was ordered to get x-rays to ensure that he didn't have spinal injury. The x-ray tech didn't have a name tag and she didn't introduce herself to us. She was an African American woman. I noticed that she didn't change her gloves. She had a patient before us and she was wearing gloves. I saw her walk from an exam room to a computer (withthe same gloves on). She proceeded to type on the computer with those gloves and then came to my husband without changing gloves. She completed our entire visit with the same gloves on. I love in Cheyenne, WY. I had been feeling sick for nearly a week, with what I thought was the flu or pneumonia or covid. I booked an appt online. At my appt, I described my symptoms to the nurse. She swabbed my nose - both nostrils - and my throat and tested for strep and flu and covid. When she swabbed, she only went about an inch inside my nose, and barely touched the back of my throat. I thought that was odd, because I've been tested for all before, and it can be very painful. The test results came back negative for all. My son and my daughter-in-law and 2 grandsons live with me. 2 days after my appt, my daughter-in-law took my grandsons to the same clinic. They were tested for all, and both came back with Flu A. Now WHY would both grandsons be positive for Flu A, when I tested negative??? I don't think the nurse swabbed my nostrils or my throat correctly. Because 10 days after my symptoms first started, I'm STILL sick with this crap. AND I paid $55 copay for LOUSY service. I am NOT happy at all. Had the nurse done her job correctly, I could have made sure my grandsons got to the dr quicker to get checked. read more

On March 1, 2023 I had a scheduled appointment for 0830. I arrived at 0800 and checked in. Was taken to an exam room where i sat till 0945, unseen. No one came to check to see if I was ok or to let me know what the delay was. I walked the empty halls till I found a man sitting at a desk. I asked him if anyone knew I was there. He stated that he had a person before me and then I would be next. I waited until 1010 and let them know I was leaving due to being ignored. Staff? Awesome. Those girls (not to be sexist, but they are female) were amazing to my father in law. He needed a Covid test for surgery. These girls brought him water, they came out two more times to update us. Two problems. The wait was ridiculous. We were literally the only people in the parking lot. We watched the patient before us leave as we pulled in. The guy my dad saw could benefit from some training in how to deal with people and evidently how to read the clock. When my dad made mention of how long he'd been there, he couldn't even apologize. We waited almost a full hour to see this man only for him to talk over my dad, dismiss what he was saying and force himself through the visit. He spent eight minutes with us. Eight minutes and I bet since he did everything but give my pops a rectal exam, he thinks we got our monies worth. Take a page out of the staffs book. Be nice, be on time and listen. If this isn't what you have in mind, there's a Gal that works there too on Thursday/Friday. My wife's friends think she's awesome. read more

Checked in and there was 3 people ahead of me. My son has a possible broken foot, is in a lot of pain. We did get into an exam room fairly quockly, but we have been waiting in the exam room for over an hour and no onr has come in. When i opened the door to look for someone to let them know we were still waiting, got yelled at to tell me that the door must remain closed at all times. The front desk gal was extremely friendly, but the rest of the staff is slow, uncaring, and unfriendly. If i wanted a long wait, i would have gone to the ER to get him some xrays. read more

I made an appointment to sabe time when my daughter needed to be seen. Her primary doctor was not available. We waited over an hour after our scheduled appointment time. I went inside to get help and was asked to leave the lobby and go back to my vehicle. Was finally able to get her checked in. Total amount of time for my daughter to be so seen from scheduled appointment time until the end of her appointment was almost 3 hours. The second time I had to use this facility, I made an appointment for my son. I have the app downloaded and hit the "checkin" button. Still waited almost an hour after scheduled appointment time. I called the different numbers before I could reach someone in the office. If it weren't for my kids primary doctor not being available, we wouldn't come to this facility. The other locations are further from our house and have the same checkin procedure. read more

The worst medical experience ever. My child developed severe itching and rashes, so I brought him in yesterday. The secretary had assured me on the phone that if they could not treat him there, they would give him a referral so that he could get some help. The PA (Amber) took one look at my boy, and said that she could not treat him at the Urgent Care. I asked for a referral, but she refused, and didn't give a reason. She only said that he needed to go see his normal doctor. He doesn't have one, but when I asked for the names of some local doctors, she said that she wasn't from Cheyenne, and didn't know any (she did not ask any of the staff, or even bother to look up any local doctors for me). When I pressed her for help of any kind for my boy, she wrote a prescription, and quickly concluded our meeting. She was obviously in hurry to get rid of us, and she did not help in a single way. The prescription? Over $280 after insurance, and it might as well be water, for all it helps my boy. Will not return there again. read more

The staff wasn't professional, couldn't figure out where my test results were and never got back with me on my results. They claimed to work with the VA but they don't. They sent off my labs to the hospital that can't figure out billing (maybe why they keep losing their Medicare/ Medicaid access). They input the wrong insurance, and wrong diagnose, now I'm battling between the two to get it paid. Please don't go here for healthcare there are far better places, with more professional staff, that understands how to bill & know where they keep their test results. read more

They couldn't tell me how much it was going to cost until after my appointment and by that point I was in for a $200 bill. The NP was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering her by coming in. She looked in my ears and told me to go home and continue the meds I was on for my sinus infection. I was there because I had an extremely bad stomach ache and nausea and she didn't even examine my stomach or ask me any questions about the pain. I was literally in the office for 5 minutes, all the NP did was look in my ears, and it cost me $200!! I would have been better off going to the ER! read more

I walked into the Cheyenne location without an appointment. During the pandemic they request that you get an appointment so they can manage the number of people in the waiting room. Even though I hadn't done this right they were able to get me in and deal with my problem. The staff were friendly and very kind throughout the process. I would recommend these group to anyone needing non emergency assistance. read more

This clinic is my families' go-to if something comes up and we're unable to make it into a primary care doctor. They are kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are always treated with respect, and they make sure all your concerns are addressed. They are rarely hurried, and always are clear with information and instructions following post-visit care. They also call back in a couple days to see if you have any more problems or concerns. They are the best urgent care clinic in this town, in my opinion, and worth the occasional wait--at least for my family. read more

Nice people on staff here, but the wait is ridiculous. I know urgent care is first come first serve, and when you show up as a walk in it tends to take a long time. But, they're not even busy today-only two people were here when I got here, an hour and a half ago. I saw them leave a long time ago... After an hour of waiting I finally got called to an exam room, and I've been sitting in here for over half an hour waiting on the Doctor. Like I said, if they were busy I'd understand... This place is amazing! I have only been there four times, but all four times I received exceptional care and service. Last week I walked in and the wait time was over an hour. They let me go home and rest and text me when it was time for me to come in. Even being that bust the PA gave me caring attention and was sympathetic and professional. Will not utilize their service in the future. The staff was friendly and the wait time for walking in was relatively short. Their knowledge of insurance coverage was poor and ended up costing us $172. We went in for a very basic physical for adopting an international child, and were told TRICARE would cover it. The doctor decided we need a more extensive physical than what what was required by our Home Study agency. After my physical was complete and during my wife's, I was told that TRICARE would not cover a "routine" physical and that I would be required to pay for the service. When my wife completed her physical the receptionist informed us that we would be required to pay $86 per physical, which by the way consisted of vitals, a urine sample, and 5 min with the doctor. All together it was about 15 min of work for $86. I voiced my displeasure with being told AFTER the physicals were done that our insurance would not cover the work. The receptionist accept zero responsibility for her ignorance and offered to bill TRICARE knowing full well that that would accomplish nothing. read more
