Before today I've never had the absolute pleasure of a Covid 19 test. I had previously read about…read moreit on the internet and on CNN where they said Donald Trump and Covid 19 was going to kill everyone. Prior to my visit here today at Brazos Urgent Care I had not needed to be tested for the dreaded Coronavirus - 19 which originated in Wuhan China and although traditionally pandemic like viruses are named after their region or source of origin, such as the Spanish flu, MERS, etc. But since Donald Trump is racist, we do not refer to Covid -19 as the China virus, but covid 19, which is strange because we didn't do that with covid 1-18 but none the less here we are. Anyways when I called the person I talked to on the phone was friendly and upbeat and encouraged me to come by and let me talk and answered my questions. She set an expectation that was reasonable and when I came by that expectation was met and exceeded. The Dr came to visit and was very friendly. I learned that he likes Little Ceasars pizza and seemed very relatable and friendly. He nonverbal communicated that my jokes were funny but not as funny as I thought they were and left. Next there was a (I'm not sure if what word to use here if nurse? Medical assistant? Doctor? Covid Diagnostician? ) came in and gave me a very fun poke in the nose with a stick. They made it about as painless and comfortable as I would imagine it could be and definitely not as violent and awful as I had read and heard from people. It was definitely a lot less uncomfortable than I was told it would be and I was pleased with that. Anyways fun and friendly staff. If I need medical related stuff will certainly come back here. I am now waiting on my results. I will say everyone here was friendly and they made this the best covid 19 testing experience I've ever had so I left them five stars.

You don't have to worry about dealing with all the insurance mess (waiting for approvals, tons of paperwork, etc.) and just pay a reasonable visit fee. I would highly recommend this clinic for your basic primary care needs.

First, the "doctor" I'll use that term loosely in this review, when I first complained of abdominal pain she rushed me out to take a pregnancy test while asking me for $20 immediately to cover the cost. I had to take the test before she would move on just Incase because "if she prescribed me anything that could harm me I could take her license away" real professional here. Then a basic consult was done and I was sent on my way with some basic stomach meds that didn't help at all. I paid cash for this visit and now, 6 months later I'm getting a bill for the whole visit!! I called to get this fixed and no one answers the phone or returns your calls. Horrible service, no one is professional and I guess the front desk attendants made an extra $200 take home cash from my pain.

I checked in online, and when I arrived, they took all of my information again. I had to wait over one hour. There was one person ahead of me, and only one APP working. She was nice. So, I spent about two hours for a visit that lasted 15 minutes ( or less). The kicker: my EPIC MyChart is linked to Memorial Hermann, and it shows my originally scheduled appointment, the one I made online and pre-checked in for, as a "NoShow". So every time I sign into MyChart for any other appointment, it shows one no show. Seriously?! Do Better

I say that bc I work in medical plan administration, so I know my medical plan up down left & right. But many people don't understand how medical insurance works so a lot of these urgent care centers take advantage of that. This was our first time ever visiting Supreme Emergency Room & it was very Impressive Customer Service & Patient Care. We happen to come late night/early morning around midnight on 12/17/2025.... There was virtually no waiting time once my daughter finished the paperwork. The front desk attendant was kind & professional. The nurse was Awesome & went the extra mile to be gentle & explain everything that was going on or being administered thru the I.V. She had really amazing bedside manner, seemed very knowledgeable & kind. The tech that does the Cat-scans & urine samples ect. was also very courteous & kind. Doctor Z. was cool, seemed very knowledgeable, loved how he believes in ruling out the worst things possible and allows the patient to ask questions or to inform him of any additional issues concerning the medical situation. The entire staff, including Dr. Z. had a sense of humor & that was great under somewhat stressful circumstances. I recommend this Emergency room because they treat the patients as well as guests with the upmost respect & kindness. Additional bonus is the snacks & so cool how the complimentary water bottles have their name on it. The Nice nurse & tech introduced themselves but I'm bad at names so forgive me but shout out to the entire staff who worked the OVERNIGHT shift from Saturday (05/17/2025) to Sunday ( 05/18/2025). I found all the staff members to be very respectful, whether that was dealing with a health issue, or respecting my input. The lady named Zi at reception was quick to get things moving and get me treated, very polite. Most people get very nervous when an IV is being inserted in the arm, but that was not uncomfortable at all with David doing it, so clearly, they have very professional people working here.
