Spent 3 days scraping, sanding and patching to prepare for painting as well as moving all items out of the way before painting. They masked off quite a bit of area to ensure that there would not be any overspray. This attention to preparation continued as they did the stucco, trim/facia/eaves, siding and doors. They also help trim back some of the vegetation from wrought iron fence that they painted. Very happy with the process and results. The stucco guy that I had originally contracted wanted me to wait until the middle of the next week or Thursday for him to be able to possibly get to the repair. Mind you, the opening to be repaired was open and exposed to the elements and specifically an interior wall to my home. That was not gonna fly and I could not wait that long. So I got on yelp right away to see if there was anyone available on a Sunday. It was a stretch but I lucked out and found Top Dog Lath and and Plaster! I tried calling but not received a response and come to find out it was due to the company being out of cell phone range. As soon as they were I was able to get a hold of them that day (Sunday) and schedule this company to come out the next day Monday and complete the job.
