Spent 3 days scraping, sanding and patching to prepare for painting as well as moving all items out of the way before painting. They masked off quite a bit of area to ensure that there would not be any overspray. This attention to preparation continued as they did the stucco, trim/facia/eaves, siding and doors. They also help trim back some of the vegetation from wrought iron fence that they painted. Very happy with the process and results. My wife is making plans to have them back to do some work on the inside of our house.

At no point did I ask you to assist me to "sue" another contractor, nor did I imply anything remotely close to that. That assumption was completely unfounded and frankly unprofessional on your part. For the record, I was able to part ways with the previous contractor in an amicable, professional, and respectful manner. We even exchanged a few cordial text messages after executing our contract termination agreement. What I did ask for was transparency, professionalism, and clear communication regarding the scope of work and your observations during the inspection process. Instead of asking clarifying questions like a straight shooter would, you jumped to conclusions about my intentions to "sue" another contractor. I'm a fair and professional person, and I have no issue with a contractor deciding they are no longer interested in a project. That happens. But the professional thing to do is communicate that clearly and directly -- not disappear, ignore calls and messages, and leave a prospective client completely in the dark after promising a proposal the same evening. My review was based entirely on my actual experience: you inspected the site, committed to sending a proposal, and then went completely silent with no follow-up whatsoever. THIS IS NOT HOW PROFESSIONALS OPERATE! This a critique of your communication style, or the lack thereof, not your business conduct or competency. I just want to be very clear about that.

I had my electrical panel replaced (on a Saturday) and the electrician does not do stucco repair. I…read morehad already pre arranged for a stucco repair guy to come out the next day( Sunday) but he had a problem with his truck and could not make it. The stucco guy that I had originally contracted wanted me to wait until the middle of the next week or Thursday for him to be able to possibly get to the repair. Mind you, the opening to be repaired was open and exposed to the elements and specifically an interior wall to my home. That was not gonna fly and I could not wait that long. So I got on yelp right away to see if there was anyone available on a Sunday. It was a stretch but I lucked out and found Top Dog Lath and and Plaster! I tried calling but not received a response and come to find out it was due to the company being out of cell phone range. As soon as they were I was able to get a hold of them that day (Sunday) and schedule this company to come out the next day Monday and complete the job. It was a little bit more than I had originally thought I was going to be paying but it's totally worth it!!! Gary showed up and did an excellent awesome job!!!! You can't even tell that there was once this huge hole there above the electrical panel! It was worth every penny and this company has provided me major peace of mind in the quality of work. Jonas and his crew was on-time throughout all stages of the process, they gave me sound advice in what I should communicate to the other contractors, they were very clean when working and they always cleaned up everyday after working. My brother-in-law is a contractor who works on rich people's houses in Chino Hills and Anaheim Hills and he said that the work was top-notch and even asked for the contractors telephone number which he rarely does. I've done a lot of work on the home over the years and have dealt with many contractors but I have rarely worked with a true professional contractor like JM Plastering in Riverside. If I bought another house and had to re-stucco again, I would even pay more money to hire him or even wait a year to do the job if he was busy.
