We asked for a quote on Friday night and he showed up Saturday morning, armed with an extremely fair quote, and less than an hour and a half later was finished - and the trees look fantastic! Trimmed beautifully as we requested, and all of the waste cleaned up as if it was never there. To prevent irreparable (and possibly illegal) damage, homeowners placed themselves under the trees to be removed while we attempted to contact the HOA management company. The professional response would have been to pause the removal and wait for HOA to address the issue on-site or even call the police to mediate and sort it out. Rather, these folks threatened to "F*#% up" homeowners (have that on video, btw) and taunted them as they continued to cut down the trees, even above the homeowners' heads. Awful.
