That pushed me to search online, and I found SoCal Window Pros, a highly rated local company. Jack, the owner, came out with sample windows and gave us an estimate. He was straightforward, no‑nonsense, and genuinely kind. The windows were impressive -- solid engineering, well‑made, great warranty, and locally manufactured. We also met his son Alex who is much involved in this family-owned business, and he was equally professional and personable. We ultimately decided to replace all of our windows as well as our sliding door, and we're very happy with the results. Our house looks refreshed and updated, and the old rubber seals that kept popping out are finally gone. The windows look beautiful and have made a noticeable difference in the overall appearance of our home. I literally let out a sigh of relief every time I see the windows. Gratefulness and gladness! AVOID This Business - Damaged My Shower- TOOK MY MONEY- and Disappeared…read more I hired SV Glass to replace my glass shower door. He showed up to take measurements and convinced me it was a minor issue and that I would not need a replacement. He quoted me $300 to repair the track, tighten the rollers that the door hangs on, add washers to the handles, and tighten. The experience turned out to be nothing short of a nightmare. Instead of repairing the problem, he ended up completely breaking the glass door -- and concealing it. It turns out he broke the frame that holds the glass door in place, and bent the rollers. He tried gluing it together, but after a week it fell down. It could have shattered and severely injured my family. To make things worse, he took my $300 even though he KNOWINGLY caused more damage than what I originally called him for. I've tried reaching out to him multiple times since the incident, but he has completely stopped responding to my messages. This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm now left with a broken shower door, out $300, and no accountability from the person who made the situation worse. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. I rarely leave reviews, but this was bad enough that I felt other people should be warned.

He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.

Several of the windows in my home face due south. Although they were double pane, they had almost…read morezero insulation remaining after 25 years of massive sun. The temperature in the south facing bedroom on a hot 90 degree plus day would always be nine degrees hotter than the rest of the house. I decided to replace not only the four windows in the south facing bedroom, but six other windows that can be viewed in the same field of vision from the street, to keep the aesthetics consistent. The replacement windows I selected are double pane argon gas filled to help keep the heat out during the summer season. I put out a bid on Yelp and narrowed the field down to two companies, Note I did not select the least expensive bid, but actually selected the most expensive bid. My reasoning was a solid five star Yelp rating, BBB A+++ rating and the knowledge and excellent follow up provided by the salesperson, David White. Other factors in my decision were silver coating on the glass to reduce the intense green hue that most argon gas filled windows exhibit and exterior window casings that are solid without decorative ribs that would collect dirt. I was provided with a detailed explanation of the process and same day estimate. The process from start to finish took five weeks. This would have been as little as two weeks if I did not have an arch top window. Curved windows take longer to build, at least for Ameristar. It took me a while to prepare the two rooms, so I was not in a big hurry. The installation was done yesterday. The crew was on time, polite, and from my view, was extremely careful and exhibited excellent attention to detail. The 10 windows were installed in one day. The crew cleaned up their mess very well and everything went according to plan. I am completely satisfied with the entire process. The windows are very elegant looking, not so green and make the house look better. I trust that the temperature in the south facing bedroom will level out with the rest of the house with the argon gas in the windows. Five stars all the way. Well done.

Fortunately, the Starlink wasn't damaged, but we immediately noticed that a knob on the smoker had been completely sheared off. My family had recently used the smoker, and it had been fully functional before the crew arrived. I called Rick that same afternoon. He initially accepted responsibility, assured me he would make things right, and offered $150 off our nearly $5,000 project while promising to arrange the repair. I specifically explained that I did not have time to manage the repair myself, and he agreed his company would handle it. The following day, Rick reiterated by text that his crew was apologetic and that the company would take care of the repair. Unfortunately, after repeated follow-ups and weeks of delays, the situation changed dramatically. Eventually, Rick disputed responsibility, questioned our account of what happened, and refused to cover the repair. He characterized the smoker as old and rusty and suggested the repair wasn't worth the expense. This was particularly frustrating because he had initially accepted responsibility and committed to resolving the issue. I ultimately spent hours contacting Traeger and researching repair options myself. Traeger confirmed that the sheared component could not simply be glued back into place and helped me locate the replacement part. I paid $160 for a replacement temperature controller box and received a $450 quote for a handyman to travel to my mother's home and complete the repair. The financial cost was frustrating, but the larger issue was the way the situation was handled. We expected accountability after an accident, especially after the initial promise to make things right. Instead, we experienced weeks of follow-up and a complete reversal of the original commitment.
