However, the glass was sliding down from the hardware in the shower, and its part of the purchase included in the warranty for it to be fixed. So I reached out to Erick and he promised to pick it up and a few days passed and he would no show. Then finally on July 30 he picked it up and as of today it is 2 weeks, he still has the glass. I have called, and texted hundreds of times with HORRIBLE communication. He gives me crap responses "I'll call you in 20 min" and never calls. or "No one wants to fix the glass" then another day, "I'll be there after 1pm" So at this point I dont even know if the glass is fixed, or what is happening. I am not even sure what to do at this point. I call and literally blow up his phone and he NEVER EVER answers the damn phone. I am so frustrated that he cant even give me honest answers and he just has the glass with no expected timeframe of returning it!
