We were having problems with the template & we were not happy with how the invites were coming out. Dasia not only suggested how to fix the problem but also gave brilliant assistance in Re-creating the invitations so this hormonal, first-time-mama would be satisfied with the invitations. The entire process of obtaining the invitations spanned out over 2 work days for Dasia, and she remained invested & helpful in getting the invites just perfect. We finally left with a pile of beautiful baby shower invitations at an amazing budget friendly price and I am happier than any customer could be. Dasia needs a raise and a longer break. Not too thrilled with my Zeaport experience so far…read more I wanted to buy a copier/printer for a small business that works with schools. It was going to replace a hp 11x17 that had been a workhorse (over 400,00 prints) but had finally died. Xerox machine was delivered. The invoice stated that it was a better model than it actually was. Turned the thing on and it copied fine. In the upcoming days I couldn't get it to scan to my computer no matter how hard I tried. The suggestion was to read the manual and set it up. I wonder why I didn't try that in the first place. A week or two after getting the printer, there was a big yellow bar that started printing on the side of the page. Looks like errant toner. I emailed and was told to swap around the drums. That didn't fix things. Next, the printer would randomly chunk a bunch of black toner all over the back side of pages...in addition to the yellow on the front. The solution from Zeaport was to get new toner and pull some cleaner levers. By this point I'm fairly frustrated that Zeaport doesn't care enough to follow up on their sale. After two weeks away without using the printer and two new toner cartridges this thing is printing horribly. Now I'm asked to pay $150 for someone to come look at this 'technician refurbished' machine that has only made a couple hundred prints and has problems immediately after delivery. Maybe this is the way that they get people to buy maintenance contracts. I didn't a 'technician certified refurbished' machine would be a P.O.S. right away. I'll update this after the technician takes a look at this and gives me an update. For now I'd tell anyone to avoid buying from Zeaport or to get a solid warranty or expectation of quality for the machine you get. At a minimum this equipment should work for 60-90 days without falling apart.

The…read moresaleswoman told me a story about how they stand by their products, and I decided to buy a used chair from them - which turned out to be an expensive mistake. The back support and reclining mechanisms began malfunctioning after a few hours of use. I contacted the chair's manufacturer, but they said the chair had an invalid serial number (counterfeit product?), so the chair was not covered by warranty and not eligible for replacement parts (which cost almost as much as a new chair). I then tried to return the chair to Rightsize Facility Performance, but they required me to track down and talk to the original saleswoman, which took days of playing phone tag. I returned the chair in early May and got a receipt, but it's been over a month, and the refund hasn't appeared in my account yet. Also, they claim that they steam-clean the chairs, but when I brought home my chair, there was still a great deal of dirt embedded in the fabric. Shopping here isn't worth the hassle. And the prices here are much higher than other used furniture stores or Craigslist.

This resulted in me having to answer several calls from them, FAX all this info to them, give them my credit card number over the phone, etc. The price I checked out with online got increased (tax and delivery) and I was told the day I wanted delivery (Sat.) was not a day they ever delivered on. Basically, they made a lot of it okay and did deliver my chair (an hour after they said they would), but the online ordering process is EXTREMELY misleading. You're not really ordering at all!
