Pricing was decent and they'll come out to your home to measure/ show you samples for free. Installation was on-time and top notch. 0% financing through Wells Fargo was easy and convenient. If anything, I was disappointed that I was quoted too many boxes of flooring and too many trim pieces that couldn't/ weren't used but that the store refused to refund even though they were stock items (not special orders). Next time I'll keep this in mind and be more careful, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Next Day Floors in Dundalk again. I love my new floors! read more

Where do I begin? Thousands of dollars to have Luxury Vinyl Tile floors installed and what do I have? Soft spots, uneven floors, squeaks, and LVT planks actually breaking. They came out once to address a couple places and did some half-assed repairs. I went into the shop again last week and talked to a sales rep who said he would have the management again contact me. Still hasn't happened. In case anyone wants to know, they went under new management and almost everyone was terminated and replaced not long ago. Also looks like they terminated their quality and customer service. Update: They came out and looked around, decided it can't be their work, so they sent an "inspector" to look at the home. It will take at least 10 weeks before they get the report and recommended remedy. In the meantime, I get the honors of walking around on the crappy job they did. I see a lawsuit and a lot of wasted time and effort in the future. I don't know what the hell is wrong with Companies today, they just don't care about their quality of work or customer customer satisfaction. read more

I had new carpet installed and went with this group due to the salesman who was responsive and easy to work with, however, the issue is with the installers and specifically with how much damage they caused to my home. The actual carpet installation seems fine, but there were so many other issues. For one thing there was virtually no clean up - carpets were not vacuumed and little carpet pieces covered the floors, packed down the floor vents, and sprinkled all over my stairs, entry, and furniture below. The closet doors were taken off and scratched and damaged, walls are scratched up and there is a nice big scratch in the outside of my front door. The worst is the gouges and scuffs added to my nice hardwood railings. I suspect that to save time the workers may have thrown the carpets up over the open upper railings instead of actually walking up with it, scratching the heck out of the nice finish. The corner of one post is now completely missing and another post has damage as well. When the person who is apparently in charge of the installation crew came to took at it, it seemed like he couldn't care less. I was told in a very condescending tone, "CARPET IS BIG AND THE BACK IS ABRASIVE - things are going to happen." WOW. I guess I thought I was hiring professionals who would not be scraping this abrasive carpet over my nice handrails and would use some care when working. You're now warned that is apparently not what you can expect from this company. I did document the condition before the install and they said someone would come out to do repairs. I'll update the rating based on how that goes, but I'm currently pretty disappointed overall. read more

I had a great experience with next day floors! Molly was amazing at showing me options and making the process super easy! The guys did it all in a day leaving no mess behind. I even had them add floors in my salon because I was so happy with the floors! I highly recommend! read more

LVF installed September 2019. On December 12, 2019, I submitted my first report about the flooring lifting. Even after three inspections, including an independent inspection that showed the problem to be a manufacturing defect (not an install error; not a customer error), finally on Saturday, October 10, 2020, yes, after 10 months of emails, BBB involvement, etc., the replacement flooring was installed. Even taking the pandemic into consideration, this is an unacceptable amount of time to resolve a problem that should have been resolved within a few weeks from the date of the inspection report. I have nothing but positive things to say about the installer of the original flooring and the gentleman who installed the replacement flooring. I am just going to leave it at that. read more

Dishonest company and terrible product. Had hardwoods installed and had issues on day one. Wood was splitting and peeling, and the install was simply botched. Manager came out and inspected, recognized the faulty product and promised to fix it. Never happened. The company refused to follow through and I'm stuck with a damaged floor that cost thousands. Highly recommend to stay away from this company and use a reputable alternative. read more

We really love the product we got from next day floors. The installers we're absolutely awesome did a great job and we're super efficient. When it came to the salesman he wasn't bad in person. When it came time to try to get things scheduled he was really hard to get a hold of and consistently drop the ball on returning calls and letting us know what was going on. We decided to go ahead with them and he asked for half down. No problem, except he ran the card twice and we were charged twice upfront. It seems to me once you agree on the service the sales person really doesn't care about any sort of follow up after that. Luckily the product and the installers were great. read more

The salesman was great. Very knowledgeable. Bought on the spot. Good value. BUT if you want fast service, beware. We were told that we would get a call on Thursday with the install date. STULL WAITING on Saturday. Called the store and they asked me if the carpet was in stock! read more

Marty should get a raise or promotion or both. I had a terrible experience across the road with Carpet Palace today. The guy was awful to me so I decided to go with. Ext Day Floors. Marty helped me and was calm and polite and professional and strived to help me to the very best of his abilities while trying to stay within my budget. Even based solely on customer service they are all stars in my book. Good people skills and customer service takes businesses so far and I'm so happy I didn't go with the trashy competition across the road. Thanks Marty! Oh and I walked in right when he was trying to go pick up his lunch and he was starving the whole time and still gave stellar service even though he was probably frustrated he couldn't go on his lunch. Dropped everything to help me. read more

Great experience, start to finish. Marty H was a big help finding us the right carpet at the right price. Elmer and his co-worker did an exceptional job on the install, very considerate with our furniture and cleanup. I would use them again, for sure. Eddie C Severna Park, MD read more

We used Next Day Floors in Glen Burnie and are very happy with the results. 4 bedrooms and a living room/dining room combo. The salesmen that visited our home was knowledgeable about different carpet styles/brands/durability. He did not try to oversell. We visited the store to finalize the carpet choice and worked with the Store Mgr. (Joe) - very good experience - price was very reasonable, installers were great, clean and organized, did it all in 1 day. Would recommend this store. Joe Q read more

I scheduled an appointment for 11 a.m. for a measurement leaving the clerk two numbers to reach me. On the day of the appointment I never recieved a call saying someone would be coming out. When I called the store I found out that the clerk never took down my contract information and they were not planning to send someone out. After talking to a manager, I was informed that I could have someone come out sometime in the afternoon, no actually time to get the measurement done. If Next Day Floors cannot keep a simple appointment for a measurement, how can anyone trust them to install new flooring for an entire house? read more

We recently purchased new carpet for our living room, dining room, hall and stairs from Next Day Floors located at 12 E. Ordnance Road in Glen Burnie Maryland 21060. After looking at and considering several different types and colors of carpet we purchased Mohawk's "SmartStrand". SmartStrand is a relatively new type of carpet material and is said to be more durable, easier to clean and maintain than some older carpet materials. We dealt with Joe Clark, the store manager. He treated us with courtesy, respect, and patience. He took the time to discuss the variety of current carpet materials, weaves, padding and so forth. He did not pressure us in any way and gave us samples to bring home to view in our house. We believe that with his help we made an informed purchase. We were able to take advantage of a sale going on at the time of purchase and received a good deal. Once we made a decision on our carpet, we explained to Joe we would need some time to prepare our house for the installation. Again, we did not receive any pressure. We were allowed as much time as we needed. Once an installation date and time was set, the two man installation team of Elmer and Cleaver arrived on time and worked steadily. They were respectful to us, our furniture, and our house. They did an excellent job and the finished product looks terrific. We give high marks to Next Day Floors for their treatment of us during the sales process to the completion of the installation. We highly recommend them and would have no problem shopping with them in the future. Rick and Gail S read more

Next Day Floors - New carpet from Next Day Floors - Carpeting Near Me - Glen Burnie, Maryland

I just had an amazing experience with Next Day Floors Baltimore. I had catastrophic flooding and had to have old carpet removed and water damage and mold repaired. Then I needed new carpet installed in time for family to come stay for Thanksgiving. With my stress level rising day by day, and as time grew short to get the job done, Next Day Floors stepped in to save the day. They were professional, honest, and helpful, and went out of their way to match existing carpet in other parts of the house. I also got a great price. NDF sent someone to measure on a weekend and then squeezed me in at the end of the day Friday to make sure everything would be ready for my guests. Brian, Greg, and Ozzie were professional, courteous, helpful, and understanding. I honestly feel rescued. I am thrilled they were able to deliver on short notice with a high-quality product and top-notch service. If you need a great flooring company, this is it. read more

Better price quite then Empire by far. No sales gimmicks. The price they quoted was the final price regardless of when I signed papers. Salesman was knowledgeable and provided good advice in helping with our decision. Good install crew. Showed up on time and did a great job! Will use again. read more

Writing this review on behalf of my parents. They had Next Day Floors Glen Burnie recently install a COREtec floor in their kitchen. They are very pleased with their experience from sales to installation. There was a small issue of squeaking but they came right back out and resolved the issue quickly. Adam, the lead installer was excellent and definitely knows floors. The sales rep Irv was so very helpful and patient throughout the process. Rick, the assistant manager also helped with product recommendations. We recommend Next Day Floors Glen Burnie and would use them again. Thanks Next Day Floors! read more

I had such horrible service with a big box home improvement store that I gave up, took the sample to Bill's and said, "I would like something like this for a reasonable price without being taken to the cleaners!" They were able to pick out a similar carpet, came out to measure in a timely manner that fit with my schedule, and provided me with additional options to meet my price range. While we had some trouble with the carpet manufacturer and production dates (no fault of Bill's Carpet Fair), they were super responsive and courteous while we worked out the situation. The installers arrive a few minute early, addressed any questions I had, and went to work. They were in and out of there in no time, the carpet looked fantastic and all I had to do was run a vacuum over it. I couldn't be more pleased with the product, the price, and the service I received from Bill's. I will definitely be using them again in the future when I replace carpet in other parts of the house. read more

I wish I could give less than an 1/8 of a star! Thats' how bad Next Day Floors are. From the salesperson to the store manager to the installation to the crappy product. This is how customer service should be. Every stage of the process was smooth and handled with the utmost professionalism. I decided on EVP flooring for my renovation. I initially spoke with Joe. He does a phenomenal job not only explaining the process but has an immense knowledge of the products. I eventually set up a in home measurement/consultation conducted by Marty. I was upfront that I am meticulous in procuring a number of bids before making a purchase. Unlike 50 floors and others, I didn't feel pressure to make a decision. Didn't get the "I can give you this deal for today only" line. Didn't get the "well let me talk to my manager before I go" BS. He gave me a bid and they never pressured me thereafter. I came back later after narrowing a few places down. I let Marty know and we negotiated a fair price. Rather than go back and forth between places, I had such a positive experience, I gave him my business right then. I'm big on rapport and I felt confident the process would be smooth. This continued throughout the installation process. They arrived ON TIME. They explained everything. Completed my 2 day job in 1 day. Everything look good and they cleaned up afterwards. Provided the product lasts, NEXT DAY FLOORS will be the first place I go to when I get my basement floors redone. I agree with the other review. Marty needs a raise or a promotion lol read more
