Corner stated they have one year to bill me. I did file a grievance with U Care. Depending on the way Corner treats my compliant I will call the state of Mn. I checked several times that the amount quoted was the total amount that I would pay. After a month I received another bill from Liberty after they found out that my insurance allowed for more money. The extra money came out of my high deductible insurance also known as my pocket. When I asked them about the bill they said I was a liar and that the told me that the original amount paid was not the total. I can't imagine how a business like this stays in business with this type of customer service. Avoid at all costs!

At 1:30 pm I attempted and this time a sin on the door says "Be back in 15 minutes." I came back at 2:10 pm and the store is still closed. I waited until 2:35 pm and no one was there- sign still up and doors locked. I tried calling the store 2x and there's not even a voicemail. I like to give the benefit of doubt but this is so very unprofessional. If you're not going to be open as your hours post online and on the door- put a "closed" sign up. My rating is a "0." I will be taking my business to another more available, reputable and professional scrub store.

We ended up going with a brand new Stannah stair lift. The installer showed up two days later. He was there for three hours. He then gave us instructions on how to use it.
