I reached out over 2 weeks later and Surri finally called me back after several messages. then it was another 2 weeks before I could come and pick up the machine. after using it the mask was uncomfortable and leaked air, I called back their "sleep coach" that left a message. They called and said they would have someone reach out to schedule a new fitting. It's been 6 days and no one has called. Tell your provider that you do not want to use this company. Their service is a joke, I can't imagine how they treat there elderly patients with serious issues if this is how they treat a simple medical issue. Terrible service and communication.
