I reached out to the original company who did the work and explained what we wanted to revise, and the previous company basically just gave me a quote to replace a bunch of our existing uprights to complete this revision (instead of trying to find some other solution for a previous customer of theirs). I then reached out to a few more companies and came across AK material handling. I sent an email to Matt and he replied right away. I explained our situation and instead of just telling me no that wont work he took time to get me in contact with a reputable company closer to our location whom can do this type of custom work. Although the sale is not going through AK, just the fact that Matt took the time to respond quickly as well as providing some a solution was greatly appreciated. When I called, they stated that yes, I will be billed for every month until March of this year. That's almost $600.00. Called U care and they stated that they have paid every bill. Corner stated they have one year to bill me. I did file a grievance with U Care. Depending on the way Corner treats my compliant I will call the state of Mn. FYI: The people I have worked with at Robbinsdale CHM have been wonderful. This is NOT about them.

I had gotten a free (depleated) fire extinguisher someone was tossing. I thought I'd look into getting it charged. I happened to run into Andy Freiermuth in an S.A. parking lot and I asked him if it was worth getting it charged. He said, sure, and gave me his card. I went to their office in Edina and the guys there were very helpful. The guy who ended up helping me was, Bob. Bob took my old, depleated, extinguisher and exchanged it for a charged one.
