What a great company to work with. The rep came and spent a lot of time explaining everything. Very knowledgeable and answered every question we threw at him. We ended up going with a brand new Stannah stair lift. The installer showed up two days later. He was there for three hours. He then gave us instructions on how to use it. I do not recommend hiring this company to install anything in your home. We had a Stannah stairlift installed in our house last week. Once our check was cashed we have had extremely poor customer service. I just waited two hours for a technician to show up to add some missing parts and arrange their electrical cords so that the chair will not run into them. (The Stannah lift comes with a straight cord when this company knows that the space between the chair and the wall is limited. A smart designer would supply the equipment with a 90 degree cord to better fit in that space.) When I called to ask why the technician did not show up, their customer service person tried to convince me that the appointment was for tomorrow. I would not have booked an appointment for tomorrow afternoon since I have a standing, weekly appointment elsewhere at this time. Also she would not let me speak to a manager. (At 4 in the afternoon there should be a manager around). The tech who installed the chair damaged my oak floors in several places needlessly as well. They should send two technicians over to do the install if that is what's required. Additionally, the chair that was brought to our house was not operational (factory defects supposedly) and the tech had to go back to the shop midway through the job to get more parts. Basically, I would not recommend either Arrow Lift or Stannah products. Look for a company that takes customer service a bit more seriously than these this one, and look for a product that is designed a bit more intelligently. read more

I recently paid $860 for repairs - by an Arrowlift technician, to a friend's Bruno Stairlift. We discovered that three additional trackway support brackets were needed, and I was told (on the date of repair - 6/21/21) - that the brackets would be located, and arrangements made for installation. Despite several phone calls and emails, I have yet to receive any information on the status of this matter. My friend is disabled and at risk from falls. The lack of response is worse that unconscionable! My advice is that you have nothing to do with this company. read more
