I live in northern Minnesota and a trip to Minneapolis to repair my Dyson was not something I was looking forward to, however, I did remember the last time I had my Dyson repaired at the Edina repair center and the staff(Kevin) went out of his way to help me. It turned out to be warranty work and my Dyson 12 and I were in the truck and on our way home. No charge. Right then I swore, if I ever need work done, I'm going to Kevin. April,2026...Dyson was acting up so I called Kevin and explained what the machine was doing. Kevin says "bring it down and we will fix it while u wait." He sounded confident so I hopped in the truck and drove 3 hours to the Edina repair center. I walked in, Kevin dropped everything and took the machine in back, fixed it like new, charged me less than $50 and I was back on my way home in under 15 minutes. Unreal!!! If you are thinking of taking your Dyson to anyone but Kevin and the Edina Dyson center, you're crazy!! He and his staff are the most professional, honest people I've had the pleasure to work with. Thank you, Thank you!!! Jim Gareri, Bovey, Mn. read more

I've been here multiple times over the past 4 years, and I highly recommend. Personally, I've been in and out with a fixed vacuum in 15 minutes or less every time, and the most a fix has cost me is $15, but most of the time it's been free under warranty! Customer service has always been great with a can-do mentality. read more

The Dyson service center is my go to place for buying or fixing my Dyson. Their customer service is amazing and everybody is super nice and it doesn't feel like it's a car dealership where they're trying to upsell you and tell you everything is broken. If you need a new battery is the same price as you can buy an Amazon and they install it for free!!! If you need any accessories, they have everything there. The best part is they have a list of all the prices so they match the best price that is been sold by any company in the country. They obviously do a lot of warranty work and basic repairs. But I have learned is that if you clean your Dyson and take it apart with an air compressor, it will run so much more efficiently it won't overheat and drain the battery. I do feel like this place is kind of a secret and I wish there was more advertisement but every time I go in, they take care of me and I always recommend people to this location! read more

Dyson on the fritz? Stop here! Given the price for a Dyson you will be relieved to know they have a service center for you. The latch on my Dyson vac was jammed. I was afraid of breaking it so brought it in. They fixed it in five minutes free of charge. I can't speak to the wait or price on a more expensive repair but I was so happy to get my vacuum working again so quickly!! And the service guys were helpful and friendly. I've always had great service here. I'm usually second or third in line on a weekday afternoon. They know their stuff and it's usually operator laziness and I need to clean it out better. But I did have trouble with a battery and they replaced it for a reasonable price. I just found out you can buy new models from them here too so take a look at this spot before you buy one at a box store! They may have a deal going on if you're upgrading. read more

I was in and out of the service center with an easy fix. Courteous and professional, knowledgeable and kind.

So, our experience isn't going to be normal, but: A small but critical part of our 15+ year old Target-edition Dyson broke over the weekend, and we went in to see if we could get a replacement part. The person working said it was unlikely, given the age of the vacuum, but then he went in back, rummaged through the vacuums there for recycling, found a part that fit, and we were back on our way--no charge. Obviously a good bit of luck here, but still really appreciate the assistance and also not getting charged. read more

They scanned the vacuum serial number and saw it was still under warranty. Within a few minutes the vacuum was fixed, cleaned, and I was on my way. read more

Fast, friendly service. Highly recommend to any Dyson owner. Repair done on the spot, while I waited ~15 minutes. Repair vs replace: always better in my opinion. read more

Quick, efficient, and professional service and staff at Dyson Service Center Edina. After vacuuming up everything we were told we shouldn't and more, our Dyson Animal II became more of a beast and burden than the upright underdog, normally fighting weekly battles in our Northwoods Nook. The kind staff here were able to get our device working again with minimal effort and time spent. Will probably return again...after again vacuuming up items we were advised against... read more

These guys take customer service to the next level. They're pleasant, professional, knowledgable, easy to work with.

Who knew there was a dyson service center in the twin cities??? Apparently you all did...as there are many reviews singing it's praises, and I'm here to add on. 1) if you dont have a dyson vacuum, get yourself one. I've had mine for 17 years and it's still going strong. 2) if you run into minor issues with your vacuum , bring it here to get fixed quickly and generally pretty reasonable in price. Other logistical things to note: It's tucked back into a small shopping center so be sure to keep your eyes peeled. They have limited hours so check those before heading out! read more

I went to this place after calling about help with my V7 stick vacuum. He suggested bringing it in for a free diagnosis, which I did. They sell and repair Dyson products, and run a place that I was in for about fifteen minutes and walked out with my old machine running again. Great place and people read more

We've been here 3-4 times and every single time they surprise and delighted us. This time they repaired our vacuum same day, and covered the part even though it was a few months out of warranty. We came in expecting to pay about $70 and wait a week and it was free and then done in 5 minutes! Incredible service from Dyson. read more

I'm continually impressed with Dyson's loyalty to its customers. No matter how old the machine, I always receive above and beyond service. I recently moved to Minnesota, and my vacuum had to deal with a lot of dust from renovation work in the home. I have visited the Edina Dyson store 2 times. Each time one of my vacuums was repaired, and my hair dryer was replaced with a new one--under warranty. On this second visit I purchased a third vacuum, and then you small version that just came out, since my home has three floors and is very large. I received a 30% discount on the establish model. The service was exceedingly helpful and very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended! read more

I had a pricey humidifier/fan that needed repairs but I had put off getting it done, because I was worried about the price and the time it would take. However, I shouldn't have worried. Kevin and the team reassured me that it would be quick and painless, and everything occurred at no cost. Because I lived an hour and a half away, they even arranged to have my unit sent back to me at no charge. They are amazing and I will recommend them to everyone going forward! read more

This vacuum is the most infuriating piece of garbage I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The trip to the service center was so easy and free bc they didn't fix the darn thing. The hose doesn't come on even when the rest of the vac does. The plastic is cheap and I suspect it's a problem with a valve. Take your overpriced appliance Dyson and give people the quality we pay for. Ugh this is why I'm cheap. So many expensive things are all profit margin. read more

I have Dyson vacuum. It was awesome for one year. Dyson is one of the best... until it's not. We have reached out 3-4 times to see what to do to fix our vacuum. Today on hold for 45 minutes just to talk to an operator. Then finally got to talk to a service rep. He listened for a bit. He put me on hold and never came back. Needless to say.. if you buy a Dyson you will be happy until you're not. read more

This place has created a fusion customer for life. I've been here twice in the last 5+ years and very happy with the service both times! The first was to fix a traditional style dyson, which they did on the spot by replacing a part (under warranty) and I was on my way free of charge. The second was a battery needing replacing after a few years of use on my handheld style dyson- they replaced this within 5 minutes and I was again on my way because it was under warranty. The next one I purchase, I'll just come straight here! Thank you and keep up the great service! read more

They are so quick and so helpful. Incredible customer service!

Wow. The vacuum was not working correctly and I was able to bring it in to the service center and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it right up in 15-20 minutes. What a concept! I received super professional and friendly service from Curtis. Also, open until 530 on Saturdays. This is a great service model for a product thank you Dyson! read more

I was so frustrated my vacuum wasn't working. Brought it in and 5min and $0 later it was fixed!!! A level of customer service that rarely exists anymore, Dyson customer for life ! read more

Fantastic customer service!! Went in with an older model Dyson upright that has been a workhorse for years, but stopped working one morning. Employee took it in back to check out and less than 5 minutes later I had a working vacuum again and paid basically no $. Very impressed with this Dyson Service Center. Our stick vacuums all work fine currently but if an issue arises, I won't hesitate going in as I know they offer top notch service at minimal pricing and ensure customers are happy. (I saw 4 people there prior to someone assisting me that left thanking them!!). Highly recommend this location!!! read more

The staff here is beyond helpful. I came in because of an air mover issue (movers broke mine) and they were able to quickly take care of me and resolve the issue although it was totally out of warranty. They were very knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. I can not say enough positive things about my experience. Useful Tip: They have a small assortment of used and demo models available for less expensive that traditional sticker cost. read more

Great customer service. I was acknowledged right when I walked in the door. There were 3 people ahead of me and the guy thoroughly took care of each of us in a timely manner. Unfortunately my machine is too old and cost more to fix it than to buy a new one so I passed on the repairs. They did give me some great offers to buy a new one from there--prices are comparable to other stores that sell them so why not buy your machine direct from them? It was neat to learn about the technology and purpose of each of the vacuums. I don't currently have a need but will go back there if I ever decide to make a purchase again! What I liked most was their customer service, the ability to walk in without an appointment and be seen, & the expertise of the people working there 5/22/2018 Went back after a couple of months contemplating investing in another dyson. Tried researching my options online on the dyson website and got a headache trying to figure it all out. Went into the store--the technicians (same two that were there last time I went in) again were patient and helpful and took care of each customer in a timely fashion. I watched them service each customer and take care of their issues one by one. In the 45 minutes I was there at least 10 people came in and out of therand and every single one left happy because their issues were covered under their machine's warranty! The guy explained all of my options, helped me decide which was the best fit for me, honored dyson.com online pricing, and I walked out with a machine in no time. Also, I appreciate that even though it would cost them more to recycle my old model vs me throwing it in the dumpster, the tech was adamant about doing what is best for our environment. Kudos to him! Can't say enough good things about this Dyson Service Center. read more

Dyson Sales & Service located in Edina. This is the only Dyson service center in the 5 state area. They have no competition....and could be lax on their customer service - but they aren't! Brought my Dyson DC25 Animal to the Service Center for a checkup. Yes that is the model name! The technicians gave it the once over, thoroughly cleaned it and now it works like new. I was referred to this Dyson Service Center via Dyson after going through the diagnostic self help text they sent me. The Rotary tool attachment was no longer rotating. After supplying my original receipt, they very promptly replaced the attachment no questions asked. I had registered the purchase on Dyson's website at the time of purchase. We were at exactly 1 year from purchase date. Super easy to deal with! I am grateful they were so close by and hassle free! read more

In a time where consumer's are so often lured to the connivance of on-line shopping and robotic automated support lines, Dyson Service Center in Edina absolutely shines and sets themselves apart. The Customer service experience here resembles the service and support from years past. I needed a replacement charger for my Dyson V8 and before I ordered a Chinese knock off that would be available at my door steps in two business days, I decided to check the specialized local service / sales options for Dyson to see if they had them available for Purchase. Called, talked to a real person and headed over, card in hand, only to be told, "it's on us sir, no charge." Pleasantly Shocked! Experiences like this will be the reason, I will continue to support both the brand, and their local presence when purchasing Dyson products. Claps, good for you! Love the place!
