We were so blessed to have Nexa Events, led by the incredible Inna Chebeliuk, to coordinate our wedding. Inna pulled off the impossible - bringing to life our vision of a beautiful Fall Garden Boho-ethereal Wedding in merely 3 months! With just few months to plan for a medium-sized wedding, I needed a Monica Geller from Friends! Inna was all that and more. She was organized and meticulous in her planning, effective in managing the budget, very experienced, resourceful and well-connected to a variety of vendors. Nexa has a list of trusted vendors that they work with, including MC, DJ, photography/videography and florist, and they were all excellent! In a very short time, Inna found many stunning wedding venues, negotiated and secured our top-choice. It was also very easy and comfortable communicating with Inna. We connected immediately, and she quickly understood my aesthetics and vision for the wedding. But most importantly, I loved working with Nexa because Inna made me feel like she and I are working together to animate a very special day of my life and not someone I had commissioned to plan an event. I hope you guys understand the magnitude of this difference. Have Inna plan your next event, and you will appreciate how wonderful she is! P.S. Inna's husband, Aleksei Chebeliuk, is an award-winning celebrity accordionist who works alongside Inna as Nexa's MC. During our wedding reception, as a kind and utmost generous gesture, Aleksei surprised and graced our ears with his accordion (pic attached). Thank you, Inna & Aleksei; it was such a beautiful wedding gift! Not only are you guys extremely good at what you do, you do it with the most precious heart and genuine kindness. I hope we get to work again! read more

Seriously.... u cannot find anyone better. At 12 midnight, I dropped a message hoping my last minute quest of searching MC for my daughter's 6th bday party. He replied in instant! Quest ended in less than 5mins. Yes, odd for a toddler bday to have an MC but there were 140 people and we needed someone to lead the party. Alexsei came earlier than us preparing for the party. He even went out of his way to bring a red carpet for the photo zone. I requested him to play some funny games he probably never heard of but he managed to pull it off like it was his. We had 7 dwarfs and my daughter was the snow white. He made all 7 dwarfs dancing to the beat and little kids followed them. Great choice of music tok. His partner quietly supported Alexsei to do everything right. I will be seeing him every year. Thank you! Did I say he was the last one to leave the party? read more

I've worked with Nexa many times and just wanted to leave a review, because they're so good at what they do. If you're looking for a wedding planner in Los Angeles, I definitely recommend them. I don't write a lot of reviews on Yelp, but my continuous positive experience with Alex and his team made me want to come on here and attest to their professionalism and expertise. read more

We hired DJ from Chebeliuk Entertainment for our birthday on January 12. A venue where we were planing the event already had a DJ service but we were not sure yet about it. One of our friends told us about Chebeliuk Entertainment and their DJ packages. It's not expensive by the way to compare to Los Angeles prices. We scheduled a meeting with DJ, he was nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. Not only he knew his job but he also gave us a few tips about our birthday. We decided to hire him. The birthday went so good, our guests had so much fun and we couldn't stop dancing. He knows how to keep the crowd dancing and enjoying the party. We will definitely come back to use the other services of Chebeliuk Entertainment again. Highly recommend their DJ for any events in Los Angeles. read more

Aleksei and his team are truly a gem! My friend was helping me to organize my 30th Birthday Party this year. We had everything - the guest list, the house, the catering, and the only dilemma that was left on my checklist, was the entertainment for my guests! I knew I definitely needed a Dj, so I started my search there. And luckily, I came across Aleksei's page. Not only I got a great Dj, but I also got an incredible host and Mc for my party! The booking process was so easy, and believe it or not - FUN! We met with Aleksei to discuss the details of my party and what I was looking for. To be honest, I didn't even know what exactly I was looking for LOL. But Aleksei was so helpful and provided me with so many different options on how to make my party interesting, fun and keep everyone entertained (which I thought was impossible, considering that the age group of my guests varied from 25 *friends* to 73 *my grandparents*)! I was very impressed by his professionalism, very delicate customer service and an ability to tailor to your individual needs. Aleksei put together a great package for my party, that was including the Dj, live accordion performance by Aleksei + Aleksei as a host. My 30th Birthday Party was a BLAST!!! My friends and family definitely had so much fun with all of the games, music, live performance and overall vibe of the evening. Aleksei is a very talented artist and doesn't fail to surprise you with his communication skills and the ability to feel the right time and place for every comment or activity that he throws in to the crowd. I'm pretty sure that Chebeliuk Entertainment would be a regular part of my friends and family big celebrations! I loved it! read more

Words can not describe how grateful I am for having Alex as a host on our wedding in Calabasas. After having the first phone conversation with Alex, I knew he was The Guy! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, all about little details and always on the Bride's side. He was super helpful during our ceremony. We did not have a wedding coordinator, and he filled in perfectly (even though it was not his job). Party was epic! Every single guest absolutely loved him! And he played Accordion amazingly! We definitely will be seing him soon on our Birthday celebrations and Anniversaries! Bravo and Thank you for everything Alex! read more

Was fortunate to be invited to a wedding a few days ago where Aleksei was the host. From greeting the guest, conducting the wedding ceremony to entertaining the guest during the reception he did not stop for a second. He made sure that the couple and their family were relaxed and organized. I can't imagine what this wedding would have been like without Aleksei. As I told Aleksei before leaving, "I am not young and have been to many events in my life, by far you are the best host/MC I have ever seen and your team is just fantastic" I don't give out compliments, unless they are deserved, this one deserves ******************... read more

This accordion guy. What can I say here? We had a Christmas party on December 27th in San Pedro. Our grandmother used to play an accordion and we really wanted to hire an accordionist. I am so glad that you can go to yelp and find any services you need. Not only is Alex a talented musician, but he is a sweet, nice and friendly person. He lives in Los Angeles and he did not charge us any additional fees. It was easy to work with him and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Alex, thank you for being professional and Cynthia my grandmother says hello to you. All the best to you! read more

Seriously impressed with the service provided! Aleksei is presentable, talented, funny, witty, and so much more! Came all the way from Miami to LA to host my brother's wedding. Got to the venue earlier than anyone else (1pm) and was the last one to leave (after 1 am). Between this time gap, not only did he not eat, he didn't even sit down! He was constantly working and entertaining the guests. I really appreciate all he has done for us! Highly recommended! P.S. The price is very reasonable! read more

Both the DJ and the MC of the Chebeliuk Entertainment showed their great thoroughness when preparing for our wedding here in LA. The company also has the vendors they usually work with but we went with our photo and video company because we already booked them. Chebeliuk Entertainment was in touch 24/7 and always responded on all my text and calls about my wedding. Yes, as a bride I always had the questions The DJ was attentive to the request of picking up the movie songs for our thematic 'cinema' wedding just the way we wanted, was willing to help with the selection of different film themes and was extremely creative, in general! As their prices are quite affordable and the guys are fun to deal with, we decided to book the package with the DJ and the MC -- and we got our money's worth! We wanted our wedding to be musical but minimalistic. The DJ made just a wonderful selection of the songs from the movies like The Godfather, Titanic, Arizona's dream and so on. And what made us that glad - the MC Alexei is very knowledgeable in what he does. He did the grand entrance, played accordion for our first dance, announced the toasts and did some games to get the guests together. We never have seen the wedding like this. One of my favorite game was a dance battle not only because the team "Bride" won...it was just so much fun! The sound was amazing! Thank you, guys, so much for your professionalism! Highly recommend this company to everyone! read more

Soon after deciding on the place and the general idea for the wedding, my husband and I got struck with what to do next. Initially, we wanted to put all our forces into the following honeymoon but sparing our time and forces on the event itself. We basically didn't know what should be done with the guest accommodation, greeting ourselves with marriage, sound accompaniment, making the party "flow" and so on. Most importantly, we didn't know how to get our wedding remembered and not to look awkward with the overwhelming amount of attention. We wanted to make our party look cosy and romantic, rather than pompous and larger-than-life. One friend of mine recommended us the MC of the Chebeliuk Entertainment Aleksei who also led her bridal shower in Los-Angeles before. After checking their website and arranging a meeting with the MC, we became confided in his proficience. Aleksei knew how to treat each guest individually and promised to bring his accordion with himself and write a couple of romantic themes for us to make our party just cosy. He also brought DJ with him. The music was incredible and my guests didn't want to sit down. I hinted him that we wouldn't want much attention and he got me right. Aleksei was always in touch with us from the beginning till the end of our cooperation, consulted us and answered all our questions and doubts all the time. All in all, with the help of Aleksei, we solved our major problem - we saved our time and energies on the honeymoon, having spent the great wedding party before! read more

Words cannot adequately describe the fun, joy and excitement Alex brought to my brother and sister-in-love's wedding this past weekend! Alex's joy, passion, and care for everyone in the party was over the top and infectious! He even got my three teenage boys to dance and mind you, they have never danced at any party. Alex got them up with so much fun and laughter. My oldest son said, "Mom, this was the best wedding ever!" Alex, you truly are gifted made the night so memorable and brought so much fun and laughter to everyone! You are an amazing person and amazing at what you do! Keep up the good work! Five stars is not enough, you get 100 stars! May the Lord continue to bless the work of your hands. And thanks again for all the fun, joy, and excitement you brought to my entire family!!! read more

Words can't describe how incredible Chebeliuk Entertainment made our wedding day in Los Angeles. The DJ and MC were the one that kept the flow going. The MC was the one that even kept our own wedding planner in check. He did some games at our wedding that we previously discussed: shoe game, dance battle, music games and more. I am glad that we hired DJ and MC from Chebeliuk Entertainment. People never left the dance floor because DJ was incredibly professional! He also met with us several times just to make sure he was meeting all our needs in order to make our day that much more special. You guys are the best!!! read more

I want to thank my husband for hiring the DJ of the Chebeliuk Entertainment both for our wedding and the rehearsal party. The day before, I only had some vague idea of what songs should be played at all, as my husband and I already spent much time and forces on other wedding things besides that. It turned out the DJ was not only familiar with all "wedding" music trends but could pick up exact things that we personally felt we need. Like, I couldn't stand all popular hits and plus, my father-in-law wanted to have something "that would remind him Israel" at the event. So, the DJ came up with the original music selection and offered "Seven-forty" and a couple of other cheerful songs to be played at the wedding. In other respects, we loved the way the DJ approached his work, from arriving earlier than my husband and I at the rehearsal dinner to being very neat and friendly with guests. To be recommended! read more

We were looking for the affordable wedding DJ and so happy that our friends recommended Chebeliuk Entertainment! The DJ killed it at my wedding ceremony and reception. Our wedding was international but DJ was very knowledgeable in music. I had a hard time leaving the dance floor because the music was so amazing. Their team set up the step and repeat as a photo zone and my guests loved it. High quality the red carpet and lighting. Aleksei was fantastic to work with and listened to us and executed flawlessly. He had excellent suggestions for the pre-ceremony music. Having a fun dance party with our friends and family was my dream for our wedding and they truly delivered. Thank you guys for making our wedding fabulous! read more

Hiring a DJ for the birthday party was my unrealizable, long-ago dream. I used to play music in my prep school and as a teenager, was often trying to make a small family party with a cheap DJ controller, practicing and depicting the actual professional. Nowadays, I determined to make a proper nostalgic present for myself and hired a professional DJ after doing a little research on Yelp. The choice of the Los-Angeles music players was vast but I decided on the Chebeliuk Entertainment as they offered the reasonable price, in my mind, and seemed to be very experienced in this field for a long time. When we arranged for the appointment and I first met the DJ, he appeared tactful and attentive, carefully listened to my music tastes and how I expect my b-day party to look and to sound and later, showed his best and played all my favorite Iggy Pop's songs at the birthday party from the beginning till the end. In other words, he helped my dream come true for my own self! Additionally, there were not so many guests at the party in general, just a bunch of friends and my family, but in spite of the small number of guests, the DJ didn't neglect this fact and showed his respect for me and others and played all the tracks just the way I expected them to be played. read more

I would like to thank Alex for playing accordion at my dad's birthday! He came an hour before the event started and did soundcheck. I was very busy and had no time to introduce him to a manager of the restaurant and the other vendors but he did all of that by himself. He is charming, kind, easy to work with and very professional musician. My father used to play and teach accordion in Los Angeles so I really wanted to surprise him. We also had a band that was playing some jazz standards while he was on a break. So on the second performance he offered to the band to play a few songs together and it was amazing. They played Autumn leaves, Ipanema girl and Caravan. My dad couldn't be happier. I am so glad that we hired this guy! Moreover my nephews will be taking accordion lessons with him on September. Please Alex keep us posted for your upcoming shows. We will definitely come! Cheers! read more

To begin with, everybody knows how uneasy it is to find a right person that will lead your b-day party and let nobody fall asleep with the learnt jokes. The MC of the Chebeliuk Entertainment Alexei, who originally serves Los-Angeles, appeared to be very creative about it and didn't treat the events all the same. Personally, I wanted to spend my father's surprise party in the area of L.A and Alexei turned out to be quite punctual that day to appear in the place in a huge advance, having tested the sound and checked all the preparations. He was very attentive when I was telling him about my father and his life-story and afterwards, prepared a confident speech and a cool photo slide-show with my father's photos I sent him before. In the end, the party was a success due to MC's readiness and the way he treated the guest of honor and other guests individually; he was funny, improvised but always remained tactful with them - the thing some other MCs tend to neglect. read more

I hired Alex to be a host at a surprise party I was throwing in Los Angeles. I'm from New York so the planing of the event was a little bit hard for me. I was looking for a host in Los Angeles for a while and I decided to do the interviews. It is a big city and my party was very important to me so I didn't want to make a mistake. He got back to me in a few hours with a quote and some videos of him working. The other hosts didn't provide me the videos. He was kind, friendly and sounded knowledgeable. Finally I decided to hire him and it was a right decision. The party went so amazing and everybody was happy. He worked with his DJ and even performed accordion for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He knows how to plan and hosts the events and he is very professional! read more

My parents had 35th anniversary on January 8th. My mom was born in Germany so she wanted to hire someone who can play the German songs from 40th. Alex was suggested by my friend who saw him at a wedding party a few months before. At that wedding he was playing Latin and pop songs so I wasn't sure about him. We had an amazing experience working with Aleksei and his crew. The service we have received from everyone on the team is a difenition of "above and beyond" type of service. On a short notice Aleksei arranged DJ , emcee as well as photographer for my son's birthday party and we couldn't have been happier with the quality of all three of them. Emcee kept ALL teens and preteens engaged. He turned out a great saxophone player - we really enjoyed it. DJ was great - he worked with my son in advance to compose a play list and worked with MC seamlessly. I would give this company 6 stars if I could - highly recommend. read more

For our first day he played italian tune with accordion "O sole mio" My parents loved it. It's so unique to have accordionist at a wedding in Los Angeles. There is so many wedding DJs and MCs in LA and it is not easy to choose the one you like. We had our wedding at the Allure Banquet Hall in Van Nuys with DJ and MC by Chebeliuk Entertainment. They are based in Los Angeles company and have a lot of nice reviews. They were very accommodating to our particular needs and very knowledgable. We had an international wedding with half of our guests coming from Europe and Latin America. I would say the DJ and MC are one of the most important vendors because they control a lot of the schedule and MC Aleksei was the one who announced all the entrances, toasts, he also did some games. We loved the dance battle!!!! Highly recommend them to everyone! read more
