The girl asked me to wash my face and the restroom had facial cleanser and towels. I arrived 30 mins before my treatment to numb. And the numbing process was quick and easy. My lovely clinician aria was wonderful. I've had clear and brilliant before and aria asked me about my pain tolerance and concerns. She told me she was gonna do a stronger setting and I'm so glad she did. I felt zero pain and she was extremely thorough. The following day I had a bit redness but nothing too bad. They did talk to me as I was leaving about purchasing a package, I had purchased a one time $300 promo. But when I said I wasn't interested in purchasing a package the girl was totally fine. I will definitely come back again for more sessions

I finally went somewhere new and they suggested I try even fewer units than I was getting before and my results are incredible and lasting. I've now been seeing a new injector for almost a year and the difference is night and day (and much cheaper too). I believe Dr. Fedonenko is either diluting the Botox or not giving you all of the units she claims to. I was initially impressed by her being a doctor and not being too pushy, but I was being scammed. I believe most of her good reviews are fake as I've spoken to other unhappy customers in real life, and we were all fooled by the great reviews.

I totally agree with the second reviewer. I am a 19 year old college student with tuition and book fees and what feels like the world on my financial shoulders. However I was willing to set aside a reasonable amount of money for my needs. But my experience with Dr. newman was terribly discouraging. The whole thing is a total scam. The office assistants are incredibly slow and incompetent. The doctor spends little to no time with the patient. He is rude and distracted. His most important task: to improve your skin, is the least important issue. He does NOT offer brand solutions other than his atrociously unaffordable line and he acts disgusted and rude when you ask for other options. That man should NOT have been a doctor. People and their needs are not a priority to him. The office is stinky and dirty and it has this whole "Beverly Hills" front but as we all know, looks can obviously be deceiving. I would never wish my experience upon another person looking for dermatological help. There are plenty of other more effective, friendlier, cheaper doctors in a city like Los Angeles than to waste your time and go through the pain of an office like Dr newmans. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Newman since 1999. I was a patient of his father before he retired. His two daughters (physicians, too) have joined him in the family medical practice in providing such excellent care for me and in the past five years my wife. Dr. Armand Newman, Dr. Daniella Newman and Dr. Gabriella Newman, the nurses and staff have routed their practice with such professionalism, deep sense of warmth, friendliness and caring providing my wife and I with a sense of well-being. Dr Newmans, plural, have treated me for various skin issues (psoriasis, tumors and veins) and my wife for various skin and hair issues. The excellent results have amazed both of us bringing a smile every single time. As a woman who loves living a lot out in the sun, Dr. Newman addressed all dermatology issues with a long term and immediate care response. He's consulted and treated my needs which were everything from my melasma, hyperpigmentation, mole removal, redness, acne, hair, etc. I gladly award Dr. Newman and his nurse Danielle as one of the best doctors & nurses I have ever been to. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but my experience with Dr. Newman was disappointing enough that I felt I needed to speak up. I showed up on time for my appointment but ended up waiting 25 minutes before I was seen -- with no explanation or apology. When I finally got in, I was hoping for a thorough and thoughtful consultation, but instead, the focus quickly shifted to selling me his in-house products. Dr. Newman came across as very inexperienced and didn't seem confident or knowledgeable when I asked questions about my actual health concerns. Rather than offering meaningful guidance or treatment, he spent most of the time pushing his products -- which I ended up purchasing for a surprisingly large amount of money. In hindsight, I regret that decision, as I left feeling more like a customer than a patient. If you're looking for real medical care and not a sales pitch, I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere. read more

I had a terrible experience at this dermatologist's office. I went in to get treated for shingles, specifically mentioning that I have a newborn at home. Not only did they misdiagnose me, but they also tried to sell me an expensive in-house cream that was completely unsuitable for shingles. They then told me to come back for a biopsy, which they planned to charge my insurance for and additionally asked me to pay $500 in cash because it supposedly wasn't covered. It was clear that this office was solely focused on making money and didn't prioritize patient care. I would not recommend doctor Daniella Newman to anyone. read more

After visiting a few Dermatologist I would hear the same answer: "Give it time it will go away" I was battling with this issue for over two years until my friend recommended Dr. Newman. He poked it with a needle once. Charged me for that. Nothing happened. Then I came back, and he picked it with a needle a second time. Charged me again. It got infected, and I had this massive, hard pimple that was burning and hurting. I've never seen someone so UNPROFESSIONAL. He knew what my condition was, but he clearly didn't know how to treat it!!! And instead of saying it to me, he decided to experiment on me to see what happens!!

She persuaded me to have a second peel, which was the peel I had originally wanted. However afterward, I noticed two focal areas of FACIAL FAT ATROPHY. The divots seemed to become more pronounced over the following six months. This should not a regular side effect of the skin peel ever. Also I paid over $2,500 out of pocket for a punch biopsy. At the time, I did not realize how excessive that charge was. Based on the prices I have since found in Los Angeles, it was several times the going rate. Unfortunately, I no longer feel comfortable returning to her for additional care.

So awful and I'm sad because they aren't bad people just no respect of time..
