Not quite as enthusiastic as other reviewers. For a half sandwich and a side of Mac-n-cheese with a drink was pricey for lunch imo. I arrived at the right time but by 11:30 the line was very long to order. My sandwich was ok, I had a steak and cheese. The mac-n-cheese was good, pretty rich but guessing kids will love it. The metal container it is served in seemed like it had ready been used a lot, that baked on burnt look. That wasn't appetizing when you think about it not being totally clean. Service was fine and let's face it, service is taking your order and bringing out your food to your "number" placed on the table. My friends pimento cheese was a hot sandwich, not what she expected. I won't go out of my way to eat here but if go back if I was close. To me it's just another Panera or Atlanta Bread Co. Except there is pizza. Maybe I'll try that. read more

It's really good. The other Yelpers are right. I'm having chicken tortilla soup which, at other places around here, is usually either bland or salty...it's neither...Has great flavor. Eating a club that has loads of turkey and ham and bacon and really good baguette. My son is having a cheese pizza and it's good with quality cheese and a nice light crust. And the coleslaw isn't drowning in mayo sauce and has fresh Ingredients. And they have beer and wine--decent selection and not overpriced. It's a keeper! read more

In town on business and found this joint through Yelp. 5 stars for first visit. Did the pairing of the steak sammich and the lobster and crab bisque. The steak sammich was good, don't get me wrong, but if I had sampled the lobster and crab bisque I would have opted for a bowl of it and side salad. The bisque was awesome, excellent flavor and plenty of bits of lobster and crab running around in there. It was excellent to say the least. It was crowded and all, but I was there at lunch so that's to be expected. 5 stars for the bisque alone. Also sweet jebus... THE SALAD BOWLS. I didn't get a salad, but seeing the salad bowls here they are so big you can finish eating your salad, wipe out the bowl then CRAWL INTO IT, CURL UP AND TAKE A NAP. My Family and I ate here for the first time and fell in love! The soups are delicious and so are the sandwiches!! If you haven't been here yet I strongly suggest it!! Was a little put off by the cafeteria style ordering. Not overly crowded so the service was excellent. Potential for being a very noisy establishment but tonight wasn't bad. A few dings for the ordering, self serve drinks, paper napkins and potentially noisy design but major kudos for the food! I had the signature Deb pizza which was great. Great place to grab lunch, if you aren't in a hurry. It gets very busy at lunch time & can take a really long time. My favorite things to order here are the pepperoni pizza (surprisingly good for a sandwich place), chicken salad sandwich (a Cajun style twist on a classic) & the Caesar Salad. Beautiful, new location in the Pinnacle Hills neighborhood of west Rogers. Great variety of deli-like foods like soups, salads and sandwiches and the restaurant is very cozy and comfortable, really adding to the comfort food setting. Good place for lunch! My wife and I got half and half sandwiches and I got Mac and Cheese, she got soup. I must have missed it on the menu but you pay extra for half and half sandwich ($.20) and over a $1.00 for Mac & Cheese. The sandwiches were good but very small, mine was less than 4 inches long and the extra was a small baked dish. My wife's sandwich was a little larger and the soup was much more the expected size. Guess the obvious is to not get the specials, go for the menu item you want. Looking around the salads look like the better deal. read more

Pretty standard lunch place with a lot of options. It was just really crowded and we left smelling like food but service was attentive and food was good. You stand in line, place your order then sit down and they bring it to you. Daughter had the mac and cheese and fruit. It was filling and good. Husband had pepperoni pizza, hoping it was a fluke and not always this thin and soggy. I ordered tomato soup and the turkey avocado sandwich. The soup was top notch, creamy and thick. I sent the sandwich back, the meat tasted funny and was slimy. I replaced it with the chicken pesto sandwich. That was terrific. Chicken was sliced then with crisp bell peppers and pesto with goat cheese. 11 grain bread was fresh and delicious. Seems the top item to order is the salads so maybe we just ordered wrong. The place is nice, good location, but I don't get it. Why are the reviews so high. My wife and I couldn't even finish our food it was so bad. It's a sandwich, how can you mess that up? In their defense, I'm pretty traditional and it took me a long time to pick something off the menu because nothing sounded good. I don't like when there's weird stuff like eggplant and cranberries and stuff like that so if you do this place may be more suitable for you. I just like a fresh sandwich with good bread. We have eaten at the Newks in Fayetteville and its awesome food is great service is awesome. The one in Rogers has similar food. But the service is horrible. We have probably been there 10 times cause we like the food. But this is the last time. Every time the staff seems to have gotten more rude. There isn't a single friendly person that works there. Don't even think about going up and asking for a little more dressing. You will get an earful. Even when you politely tell them the order is wrong they won't do anything to fix it or even offer to fix it. Simply just stare at you. That has happened a couple times. Silly. read more

Brand new in Rogers, very nice location in the Pinnacle area. Used this location's Catering Menu for a large group order (around 20 attendees) for lunch. Food was fresh, ready on time and was perfect for a office business lunch. We ordered sandwich platters (included variety of ham, turkey, roast beef, chicken salad and pimento cheese), pasta salad, fresh fruit and added a Newk's Classic Salad with grilled chicken. Even added the mini desert platter that included brownies and rice crispy treats. This lunch provided everyone multiple options, excellent variety and portions are very generous. went to newks for lunch today. tried the royal sandwich, chicken salad sandwich pasta salad and 5 cheese mac. will definitely be ordering the chicken salad again and probably the 5 cheese mac n cheese again. the royal was good but wasn't as good as the chicken salad. the pasta salad was too dry for my liking, but still had good flavor. that was probably the only thing I wouldn't order again. service was fast and very nice, even for a Saturday at noon. will be going back for more sandwiches and to try the pizza. read more

Food was good service FAIL! Made kids plain turkey sandwich wrong twice! To quote my hungry 9 year old "how hard is it to put turkey on bread?" Well took 20 min to get turkey finally put on bread correctly and I had to go get it from the kitchen. Everyone else had food and was finished eating. Thank goodness Frito bagged the chips so she had something's to eat while she waited. Manger did come out and apologize and take care of us. I understand mistakes but how you get it this wrong I don't know. Get it together Newk's. We'll give you another shot hope it goes better. read more

Stopped in at Newk's at 1040 on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Staff was courteous and attentive. Menu was extensive but offered tasty choices, along with half/half combos. I ordered the BBQ Pizza.
