They updated me along the way when they had my vehicle and even offered me a loaner car so I could take care of my kids, get back and forth to work. Also said bulbs needed to be replaced, which i was getting some bulb messages on my cars dash before. They said they "replaced" the bulbs, but the messages have still been popping up. Ended up looking at it and fixing myself. Seemed nice, but looks like they were actively looking for things to "fix" to charge for, whether it was necessary or not. Won't be going back.
