Correll Roofing installed our roof a few years ago. We've had issues with it leaking at least…read morethree times. The first leak, our guarantee was honored. We paid for the second repair. The last problem, we asked the company to come look at our new leak and it cost us $189 for a 15 minute visit with the information that our roof was not the problem. Still, the damage to the ceiling was above the place where Correll said the leak was happening. The owner said this was standard practice to charge for a repair, which never happened, saying Insurance and the pay for two people to come to investigate caused the high rate. We were never notified that it would cost us this much for a visit. Correll said no one has a problem with this and because it was classified as a "repair" that justified the cost. We still have a leak and no repair was done. If this suits you, then do business with this company, we will not.

The large crew arrived dressed in company uniforms and brought lots of safety equipment. They did a fantastic job! In one day, they ripped off the old shingles, replaced all the old plywood, and installed a beautiful new roof. They also did a great job cleaning up around the house. They were quick to respond a fix a portion that needed a little more care. They inspected one year later and called several times to make sure there were no issues. Everyone who works there is very friendly and customer service is in their culture.

I needed my house's gutters cleaned and the last company I used a couple of years ago forgot to do…read moremy detached garage's gutters (despite me mentioning it to them several times during the booking process) and then complained when they had to come back and finish the job. So, I went with a different company this year. The good news: A Fuller Service came when they said they would; their price ($200ish) for my house seemed reasonable; and their female receiptionist was very friendly. The bads news: First, they are impossible to get ahold of on the phone. I called during their business hours at least 8 times over the course of several weeks and never once got to talk to a real person despite pushing "1". Only leaving phone messages worked. Second, when I booked my appointment I was given a window of a couple of weeks for them to contact me with a final date when they would show up. When they did send me the date, it was in a text message and the message errorenously didn't list the date! I called them back to confirm but, you guessed it... phone message. Third, when they showed up the first time they forgot to do the gutters on my garage. That really bugs me, as I specifically mentioned it during booking and the receptionist told me that she left a note in the file. Upon seeing the garage roof gutters dirty, I called to complain but you guessed it... phone message. The did come back after to correct it. So, I dunno. If you don't mind leaving phone messages AND you are home when they arrive so you can point out things they will miss (despite telling them in advance to focus on) the process should be smooth. But I found it frustrating.
