The staff here was very friendly no matter where I was. The place was very clean and I didn't see any trash lying around anywhere as I was walking through the airport. The layout is very easy to navigate and there are more than enough signs that are showing all the arrivals and departures and exactly where to go so you wont miss your flight. I really enjoyed that there was a handful of giftshops so I could grab a couple last minute things for friends and family back home. I also really liked how clean the bathrooms were at this airport!

Typically free liquor samples - although don't go crazy if you have a long flight! Decent food options. Free and decent wi-fi. What's not to like. More importantly, having now once gotten stuck overseas due to customs being closed in the US, knowing you'll complete customs here on the front end is a huge plus. Factor that in to your travel plans (don't worry, TSA pre-check and Global Entry are in full swing). I loved being able to just 'walk out' after arriving back in the states from Dublin.

Not that easy to find if you haven't been before. Acres of free parking with the 1st floor restaurant in the main terminal building overlooking the ramp and runway. The restaurant, recently rebranded as Derbys but looks the same to me, was quiet as was the field. My companion ordered the full Irish and I asked for scrambled eggs on/in toast (see below) His breakfast was the usual mix of sausage, bacon, egg, mushrooms and beans. My eggs were something else. I'd never had a scrambled egg sandwich before with a handful of crisps on the side. Peculiar to say the least. The server put it down to my saying scrambled egg IN toast as opposed to scrambled egg ON toast. Nope, me either. That said, a perfectly adequate repast accompanied by plenty of coffee and good chat passed a pleasant hour or so. Whilst I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, it's not bad and a reasonable fuel stop.

I'm pregnant and need to bring my feet up between international flight. This is the most unfriendly airport towards the elderly, pregnant women, and those with disabilities. I explored the entire airport for 4 hours and there's not even ONE area with minimally a carpeted floor to sit on to bring your feet up. This isn't traveler friendly at all. They treat people like cattle. Sad to see.

When I visited there was a lot of construction going on and there were several stairs to take. Recommend grabbing food when you see it when your traveling from one gate to another because once you get to your gate, the food options diminish greatly. I was stuck eating some nasty sandwich, chips, and a soft drink.
