Chicken Teriyaki Bento and Tofu Yakisoba Bento
Stacy J.

We ordered the chicken teriyaki bento and tofu yakisoba bento and both were absolutely delicious. The service was great and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. We will definitely be back.

Very average place, decent asian food given the area. The exterior of this place was cool. This place offers bento boxes and sushi. The bento boxes are the more worth item in my opinion. It comes with fried dumplings, salad, california roll, and fried tempura. I would skip on the individual sushi rolls.

Korean Hot Pepper Chicken Bento

Amazing food!!! Restaurant was nice and service was good. Food came out very fast and tasted delicious! If I'm ever in Page again, I'd definitely come back here! FYI you pay your bill at the front and give them your table number

We were visiting from another State and we were craving for Japanese food. My husband ordered food from here I think through Door Dash and it didn't disappoint. Food was delish. Aside from the foodie photos, we also ordered shrimp tempura - but didn't get the chance to take a pic since my daughter finished the tempura before I even remembered to take a snap lol

Number 36 : Beef Garbi

After a long drive, I was completely exhausted, but a good meal here really brought me back to life. We ordered the chicken & beef teriyaki bento and the beef short ribs. The teriyaki sauce was light and not overly sweet, pairing really well with the meat. The beef short ribs were served on a hot plate, which kept them warm until the last bite. The flavor reminded me of Korean-style marinated ribs--comforting and very satisfying. Portions were also very generous. I don't come to Page often, but if I'm ever back in the area, this is definitely a place I'd return to.

Dynamite Roll

Such a cool place! Love the vibe plus bar-none some of the best sushi I've ever had! No joke. Frickin' fantastic. The Dynamite roll was to die for. The pieces were so large i thought for sure when I tried to bite it in half that it would make a terrible mess but the nori was so perfectly crisp and flaky that I bit right through no problem. And the flavor literally the best. Perfect amount of heat. We also had the seared salmon roll which was delicious albeit a bit onion-y from the massive amount of scallions. The only complaint was that despite being the only people there, it took quite a while for our server to come over to our table. So much so that we thought maybe we were supposed to order at the front even though he had directed us to the back to find a table. After that though service was prompt. I was a little surprised they brought out one sushi roll before the other. We had the Dynamite finished by the time the salmon one came out. Other than that it was great.

On the way out of Page we were looking for some quick and delicious food without wanting to hit one of the fast food restaurants nearby. We settled on New York Teriyaki as one of the other close Asian restaurants was closed. First impression was that the restaurant was empty, but in fact it was packed in the back. The front room of the restaurant seemed to be pretty busy with boxes and other items strewn about. Our server was kind and offered prompt service and refills on water when needed. With a huge menu, it was hard to choose a dish. We had the Tofu Yakisoba and Chicken Teriyaki. The portion sizes were huge and came with white rice and a salad. The food was okay - noodles were decent but the chicken was questionable. This was by far some of the priciest Asian food we had in AZ, so if you're looking for cheap but quality this isn't it.

Good portion sizes! I got the chicken & beef teriyaki bowl with fried rice & it was delicious. I got take out, but the inside looks nice. Half the restaurant is actually an old boat! The cashier was very friendly & the food came out mighty quick!

Chicken teriyaki bento.

So much potential here. I had the chicken bento for dinner. Saw a couple of buses in the parking lot and was worried it would be busy. Got lucky and was seated immediately (wasn't too busy) and ordered. It came out so quickly. Because it was all prepared earlier. The tempura vegetables were cold, yet delicious. Gyoza lukewarm and the chicken was between hot and warm. Flavors were fantastic. The cali roll, was ho hum. The chicken perfectly cooked and taste. Interesting system. There's a number on the table which you tell the front counter to pay your bill. Overall a good meal. Just the temperature for me.

Three star reviews: I understand the 3 star reviews some folks have provided. Compared to big city locations it might be below some expectations. But, the food was very good compared to other restaurants in the area we went to. My review: I give it a five star because the food was tasty, the view was great and it was laid back. I'm pretty critical and straight forward in my reviews and I gave "sunset 89" - 5 stars. Was it the best place I've eaten and experienced -no. But for the area and our vacation - it was the best place we ate at. Normally: If this was a place in my hometown I'd probably give it a 3 star. Cost: The cost was a little high. But everything was a bit high in this vacation spot. We split the short rib bowl between two. If you are real hungry then it should easily fill you up but you should not share then.

Our server was very friendly and helpful, but halfway through dinner all our drinks were dry. Food was delivered and then we were quietly left to enjoy with no check back. The end of dinner it took another 20 minutes to get the check and a box. We started with the Fried Brussel Sprouts, which were Incredible! I was going to get the Loaded Fries for my entree, but they were sold out of the short ribs. For my entree I got the fish and tots ( the entree is originally fries, but i switched ) My friend got the BBQ pork belly Bowl. The Yakisoba noodles were a bit chewy, the Steamed Rice was perfect. I was going to get the Churro Sundae, but the evening got too late.

It should be up to us how much tip we should add.

We ordered the Woosen noodles, pineapple fried rice and basil fried rice. Our server later returned to the table to let us know they were out of basil - what Thai restaurant runs out of basil?!! So we ended up with just fried rice. We do not like a lot of spice, and prefer to let good flavor speak for itself. But in this case, some spice may have helped... The fried rice was super bland. Basically no flavor at all. $18 for very basic rice. The pineapple fried rice was exactly the same thing with the addition of a few chunks of pineapple. The noodles were fabulous and we basically fought for the last bit - looser got stuck with the rice. The Thai iced tea is a generous portion and helped raise our spirits over the otherwise unfortunate choice in restaurants.

Our server was attentive at first, but after receiving the charcuterie board and shifting into dinner, he didn't touch the table at all. We received our duck dish and were waiting for the other dish and side to come out, but luckily, my girlfriend insisted we eat. After finishing the duck dish and still waiting at least 30 minutes, I finally stopped our waiter to bring it up and ask for the check. All he said was it was coming, but we still just wanted the check. Not sure if the kitchen timing was off since it was a weekend and Valentine's Day, but very disappointed with the service. It should also be noted that when we sat down, two tables next to us were finishing up. We ordered our food before the new customers arrived at those two tables. Both of those tables received full service, including dessert, before we were even checked on. Even once we stopped the server to cancel the remainder of our order, there was no apology given.

With limited options and no fast-food chains in sight--just charming old-town shops--we stumbled upon Fusion House, a true hole-in-the-wall joint. We were greeted promptly by staff--who, despite the worn-out cushions on the seats (they've seen better days), managed to serve up a warm welcome. Ordering was a breeze, though the food took a little longer than expected--probably busy perfecting those huge, mouthwatering portions. When the plates finally arrived, we were blown away. The servings were so generous they could feed a small army--or at least guarantee leftovers for breakfast tomorrow! We went for the combo meals, which came with rice, noodles, an entrée, and a drink--at a price that didn't make our wallets cry. The food? Absolutely delicious. The star of the show was, unfortunately, the lone staff member (whose name we didn't catch), juggling orders, tables, and food delivery like a one-man band, all with a smile and a polite nod. All in all, a fantastic, satisfying stop--proof that sometimes, the best meals come from the most unassuming places. We rolled out of Fusion House stuffed, happy, and maybe a little grateful for the extra breakfast leftovers. Would definitely do it again--next time, with a camera, maybe.
