None of us were really familiar with manicures/pedicures but the staff were patient and explained things to us (they focused more on our needs/wants rather than what would charge the most, which I appreciated). The Owner & staff are extremely nice and attentive. They have a ton of services and polish colors to choose from. I only get mani/pedi and the price remains consistently the same. I've gone to other nail salons that quote one price over the phone then upsell when you arrive. I ended up paying $70 for a simple mani/pedi at another salon and the polish began to chip the very next day! First Lady's price board is straight forward and the prices are much more realistic than others salons. This establishment is also very clean and brightly lit and spacious and parking is abundant as well. I will continue going to First Lady Nail salon...it's a really classy establishment. I'm glad to have discovered a nail salon that checks all the boxes.

What I've noticed is that their dip powder colors do not match their actual powders and whenever I have raised this to them, they always get upset and then tell me I'm looking at it wrong or something of the sort. I came out with too short nails and each hand is a different shape I have gel all over my fingers and will have to reshape my nails when I get home. The lady next to me came in about 10/15 mins after me and left with a new full set before me. I've never seen someone do the fill before shaping and filing. This left me with very little new nail gel. You can see my nail through the gel on the side. I know I will be losing a nail before the week is up. When I pointed out that one hand(which was nicely done) was longer than the other, the nail tech argued with me. Another lady came over and filed the longer(better looking) side down without saying anything. At that point I was just ready to leave. I am deeply dissatisfied and will not be returning. I did leave a tip because I'm not a monster and the nail tech was working on my nails for so long.

The woman was spraying glue that burned and created a bubbly foam on my nail and skin, they tried again to upsell me, and then when I refused additional services they told me I didn't have an appt after they began gluing tips on my nails! Then another worker walked by and they were scoffing at the length I chose and told me they couldn't finish! I left with tips on half my nails. I had to go somewhere se, but now have a fungus from the tips that were done at this salon! I believe it was the moisture from the spray glue. Horrendous experience. Judy and Mina? There's a dog bed and bunch of his toys laying around... the girl who worked on me, decides to get up from my feet to pet her dog and then comes back to work on my feet without washing her hands! The towels on the table need to be replaced with new ones. There really needs to be a review of nail salons with their grading on the outside window....
