I agree completely with the previous reviews. They are highly unprofessional in all senses. They hang up the phone; they cancel the rides due to climate conditions. This has got to be the worst business ever. They pack you in a van full of people. Very uncomfortable. I asked specifically if it was door to door service to manhattan and was dropped off in the middle of nowhere. The people don't speak English so can't communicate with them, all they know how to say is to ask for ur cash midway through the trip. DO NOT use this service. You will just be angry and feel ripped off at the end. You can take the commuter rail back to Boston south station and take any of the buses from their for cheaper and better more reliable service. read more

Holy smokes. I would say I've done a good chunk of traveling in my life, to places like India, Laos, Panama etc...... Never would I expect this type of van service in the States!! The packed vans, no ventilation, van switch off thing was something I thought was only done in foreign countries most of them developing. I've gotta say I was really amused at the situation and quite dumbfounded. Made my booking the day before to leave from Leominster, MA to Brooklyn, NY. They just tell me it's going to be $70 - I say ok that's fine. Online it says leaving at 1pm so I assume they'll pick me up sometime after one depending on the pick up list. It's about 12:45pm I am packing my things to get checked out - I get a call that just says "come outside." I look at the time and said wow you're a bit early, I'll be right down give me 5 minutes - immediately I get a bark back through the line "NO FIVE MINUTES LOOK AT THE TIME WE ARE LATE!!" Whaaa? Anyhow that passed.. got in the van, driver barely speaks English, there were 14 people and 2 babies. Totally not legal. It was hot as heck with no ventilation. Put on my headphones and thank god for practice in traveling within developing countries.. knocked out. But I can tell - our driver was a crazy one. And it was raining! I woke up at our pit stop, where they collect your money. It's cash only, which they do not tell you beforehand, but there is an ATM at the pitstop. (How convenient?) Before I pay him, I make sure I will be dropped off at the address requested, he tells me I'll have to transfer to another car, but I'll get where I need to get. Fine. Fast forward an hour we reach New York. He kicks me out into a now normal sedan car with just another driver, tiny bit sketch. I made a mental note of the license haha although I was pretty sure they were are harmless, just hustling to make a quick dollar. My first driver hands my new driver $30 and off we go. I go ok great going to get to my location soon!! No. We make ANOTHER stop to pick up a Jamaican lady from another NY City Express van in the Bronx. On top of that, the address she has written down cannot be found on my new driver's Garmin GPS system, which is in spanish only. I have to navigate us to her son's house in Queens with my broken spanish, I would say my driver and I bonded. He was actually very impressed with Waze and it's real time no traffic rerouting. Finally FINALLY we are off to my location. Leaving Leominster at 12:45pm and by 7:20pm, I arrived. I laugh and really was not bothered by this adventure getting here because I always have a knack for finding these "bargain businesses." However, I really do not recommend this service if any of this does not sound appealing to you. You're better off finding a way to Boston and catching a Mega Bus. All I have to say is - glad that's over with. I've heard that in Manhattan they will opt themselves out of the Door to Door guarantee. Can't say if that's true, but I was delivered to my address in Brooklyn, you just have to be adamant that they HAVE to take you there. read more

If I could leave NO STARS I would. Take Greyhound they are more dependable. I use this service to go to New York. I was told it would be door to door pickup and drop-off. Nope. I was picked up at home but when it was time for me to return they said I had to make it to a location where the vans are waiting which was about 30 minutes away from where I was and the vans were departing in 15 minutes I hopped a cab and the driver basically broke 100 traffic laws and got me there in 10 minutes. Well when I got there each vans were jammed packed with people, way over the legal limit of passengers! I ended up stranded in New York. Eventually I made my way to the bus station and took a bus home. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY! read more

Worst service ever! I called on Sunday to make a reservation for Monday. They didn't tell me that they were going to pick me up one hour before my departure hour and them called me to be ready in 5 mins! This is insane. When I told them that I'll need a couple of minutes this guy told me with the worst attitude that they will not wait for me and that I might have to take the other bus ( 4 hrs later). This van service from Worcester, Mass to locations in the Bronx and Washington Heights is not so bad. Sure, the vans are outdated and dirty and torn. Sure, they pack as many people as they can but never to an unlawful capacity. And sure, it gets packed, usually around holidays and the end of the week. But it's fast, and they pick you up at your door in Worcester and drop you off in the Bx or Upper Manhattan. I get picked up/dropped off on 169th and St. Nicholas. This company packs you in their falling apart vans, like cattle. To many in the van. You arrive with your body hurting since you're so tight. They pack the first row with Lots of peoples Luggage, some coming from the airport. Then want to pack the remaining rows with bodies. It's Just NOT safe. It's Unlawful and it needs to stop. safety FIRST. Also I have never seen them check the van after a 3 or 4 hour trip. Had an incident where we had just left Worcester to NY and right on the highway flat tire. Had they checked the Van first that would not have happened. Safety and comfort they could care less about. There is a saying " you get what you paid for" and with this service I did! They may be cheap but not worth the hassle they make you go through. First they never leave on time and than they cramp the passengers in. This is the worst company I have ever used!!! I was supposed to go with them from NYC to Worcester at 5am. They tell me to be at the stop at 4.30am. When I arrive and call them, they inform me that the bus left at 4am and I should have been there at that time! First, stop fake advertising that the bus leaves at 5am when in fact, it leaves whenever it gets full or sometimes you just decide not to operate but you decide to come up with fake excuses! I ended up missing an important meeting due to your fake advertising. Needless to say, I will never use you! And advise anyone with common sense not to use them. read more

They used to be nice and punctual even if they have only 1 passenger. They move at 5am, 9am, 1pm and 4pm. But i had a terrible journey on November 22, 2015 when i called to schedule for my reservation as its normally done. I normally go with the 5am from New York to Worcester but this time, i called schedule to leave at 9am so i could get to worcester by 1;30pm and go to work at 3:30pm. They picked me up at 9;45am and took me to Manhattan, NY and parked the van till 10am when i asked the driver he told me they said he should move at 1pm. What a F****.I called the office and the lady who picked up reply that there is a problem so we will leave at 1pm. I was so upset bcos it means i am going to be late for work. When you are some few minutes late they get upset but they do the same thing and think its ok1pm came and we left New York, when we go to Worcester they have to split us into different bus depending on your destination. I called the driver to the bus i was to take and pleading with him if he can dropped me first cos i was held "hostage in that f**** bus and i am late for work. This FAT, Chubby rude idiot started giving me snubbish words. Worst place ever!! I call ahead, a week before me trip, and they asked me how everything worked since I never use their service before. They told me they would take me to Manhattan. Called next day to make sure my reservation was still there and at what time they were going to pick me up and the person who I talked to on the phone never made the reservation. They picked me up on time but when we got to New York they told me they couldnt take me to Manhattan so I had to take a taxi. I was so unsatisfied with how they handle the situation, plus the shuttle lost the brakes when we got to the Bronx so someone else had to come to help the employee drop the other customers. WORST TRANSPORTATION SERVICE EVER!! They stuff you all in a van headed to Worcester, MA while the drivers only focus becomes abundantly clear as he tries to talk up the women traveling on the van.. Worse for wear yet is the fact that these drivers hardly know any English making communicating virtually impossible.. Am on the van at this moment.. This is the worst bus COMPANY ever. I had arranged for my brother to come in to Leominster from New York. This is usually like a 3 hrs drive but these no good company picked him up around 6:55 pm Friday evening and as I type this review now, it is 12:42am Saturday morning and they just dropped him at my house. The other annoying factor is that they packed them than the seats were suppose to take and guess what, they still charged them the full fair. The only reason they do this shit to their customers is because there are no other car services that would take their customers. I wish there was something far lower than a 1 star because that is what they deserve. I AM SO PISSED. read more
