Be mindful that when dealing with these folks that they have super high turn-over and the right hand often knows little of what the left hand is doing. Coming out of left field with a haymaker and a misunderstanding of what really happened in the situation is hardly a good approach. I'd give zero stars if I could. The house had hard wood floors put in to hide the sagging and slopped floors. I thought you hire a realtor to help and protect you from these incidents. Buying a house in the biggest or one of the biggest decisions one can make and didn't know you have to get a back ground check on your realtor. Very disappointed and want to sue and see that Sarah Corliss never does this again. I should of known when she only wanted to use her friends instead of a professional inspector or structural engineer.
