After numerous visits, I can say my experiences have been terrific. They keep any appointments made and give you a full 60 minute hour (unlike many spas). They do not try to sell you "products", but provide a soothing, relaxing massage. The prices are great, and even better with a discount "10 pack". Every time I have gone there, there is someone at the front desk that is friendly and understands and speaks English. The place is kinda shady looking, the table was uncomfortable, the sheet they provide to cover yourself for the massage, barely covered anything, and the girl jacked up my lower back even after I asked her to go lighter on the pressure. Went for a massage yesterday around 6pm. I didn't have to make an appointment I just walked in and someone was available. I had Anne. She was great, A little rough but I didn't communicate how I want the massage to go. But she's great overall. Then at the end, I accidentally gave her all my cash as tip which was $47!! I was supposed to only give her the $7 since that was al I had in change. Btw I paid for the massage using a credit card. I called back today and asked for my $40 back and they did not have a problem with it. I have her an extra $5 to make my tip $12 (for a $50 massage) so I think that's still a good tip. New Rose is by far our favorite place in the area for massages. We get an hour couples massage at least once a month. It's a no frills and no fuss place where the massages are extremely therapeutic. Prepared to be properly worked over -- your hips will get aligned, your legs stretched, your pressure points in your face massaged. Unlike some places, these are not robotic. Got a couples massage here and the massage itself was great, super relaxing. They don't offer any features to give you the full spa experience though, such as changing rooms, tea, heated beds, robes, etc so you won't find that here, but if you're looking for a great, no frills massage, this is your place. read more

The modality and skills of their therapists are 2nd to none. From the initial phone call or walk in, you are greeted with kindness, professionalism and knowledgeable managers that love their craft. Even if you're not a member, your massage cost is more reasonably priced than most others. Add the skills and expertise from their therapists and that is priceless. Prices are even more reasonable for members. I suggest getting a membership if you get messages frequently. The other major factor for me besides the skills of the technicians is cleanliness. Rest assured this spa has their clients health and safety in mind always. Their stations are cleaned after each visit and new linens and sanitary covers go on each table every time. I returned from vacation and made my first appointment with them since opening back up after Covid. WOW WOW, they just continue to step it up for their clients. If you have any reservations during this time which is understandable, you will not feel more relaxed and comfortable then at New Rose Spa. All the therapists and managers are fully masked the entire time. You answer a few standard questions pertaining to COVID-19 as every responsible health establishment should ask for the safety of their clients and you have your temp checked with the thermo gun on the forehead. I love this place. Its clean, everyone is friendly and professional, and their prices can't be beat. My husband and I went for a 60 minute couples massage today and it was great. My only complaint, which is minor, is that because it's a small building and the massage rooms are only closed by curtains, the noise level of other passing customers etc can be a bit much at times. Came here since they opened a couple years ago, basically weekly to biweekly. If you want a good, therapeutic, deep tissue massage at a phenomenal rate, come here! My personal favs are Grace (who specializes in Thai massage) and Tina (who really knows how to work the traps). All the girls are so friendly. Jenny the manager is equally amazing and such a pleasure to see. When you walk in she greets you with her beautiful smile.
