(5+ minutes taken off the 60 minutes I paid for), not cool. In the middle of the massage, she left the room twice to answer a bell. One absence was 4 minutes (so that reduced my actual massage time to 50 minutes), not cool. The total time clocked on the timer in the room was 57 minutes (so now I'm down to a 47 minute massage), poor form. I paid for 60. Consider yourself warned. I won't be going back.
