First time here and it was a good experience…read more This location is tucked into a shopping area across from Target. When you enter, they have a sign up saying masks are optional. One person behind the desk had a mask and the other didn't. The two massage therapists I saw that afternoon (including mine) both had masks on. You sign in and complete documentation before going back. My massage therapist asked a couple of questions and covered some points on the paperwork which helped me understand their process better. I've been to quite a few places before, but this was pretty nice. Music not too loud, my therapist was not chatty (super appreciate), and it was a comfortable atmosphere. All in all, relaxing and therapeutic session. I look forward to going back! Prices seem a little high but I may look into the membership to make it more manageable.

I go to the same therapist every month, she is a pressure level 4, deepest possible. The only slightly negative thing I have to say is she is really popular and books up well over a month out now. They then moved her to West Allis, I would prefer they bring on more deep pressure trained therapists to provide more options. Both the Elm Grove and West Allis facilities are clean, well maintained, and a very peaceful and relaxing environment.

I believe this place is actually called Happy Foot Palace, and is inside Mayfair Mall…read more I really wanted to like this place. I have walked past it dozens of times, and have often been captivated by the reflexology posters in the windows. I wanted to like this place, but I don't. I don't think I'd go back. I opted for a 40 minute foot massage ($35), instead of the 20 minute ($26), figuring $9 more for 20 minutes, was worth it since I had the time. First of all, no one that I interacted with actually spoke English. I pointed to the service I wanted on the menu, which was fine, and went to sit down. The masseuse got a tub of tepid water, that I assume was supposed to be warmer, and left me to have my feet soak for 8 minutes. It was unclear to me if this was part of the 40 minutes or not. If so, I was not that pleased. She came back after 8 minutes, and started rubbing my feet and calves with lotion. It was fine, but not amazing. She did this weird thing where she sort of dug her nails into the tips of my toes....sort of a peculiar sensation. I also asked for more pressure after about 10 minutes, because, I feel that I can have anyone just rub my feet. If I'm paying for a professional, I expect a professional quality. After 40 minutes, maybe I felt a tad more relaxed, but did she actually aid any tension in my feet? for $40 (with tip), I think not. Also, I went to pay with a credit card after, since there was no indication that that wasn't acceptable (it's the mall, for crying out loud), and she stuttered out the letters "A....T.....M" Sort of annoying. Pretty disappointed. They may provide better services for their chair massages, so I wouldn't totally write it off, if you're in the mall and have some time to kill, but their "foot massage" is definitely not reflexology, or anything that special.

If you aren't looking for fancy and just want a great massage, this is the place to go... I…read moreabsolutely love this place. I have had at least 10 table massages here (I have also had their chair massages) and they have all been AMAZING! I am a lady who has been to the Pfister and Aveda in Milwaukee multiple times for deep tissue massages and have never left fully satisfied. At Happy Foot I don't even need to ask for deep tissue. I always get an hour massage and they work their booties off the WHOLE time (they even get up on the table.. its amazing!). They really get in there and work out everything. Like I mentioned, It's not super fancy. They only have curtained off rooms so sometimes if its busy you can hear people quietly talking or giggling while they are getting foot massages... but most likely you will be enjoying your amazing massage and the sound of someone else's joy wont upset you. Staff is always super sweet and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get a massage.
