One person behind the desk had a mask and the other didn't. The two massage therapists I saw that afternoon (including mine) both had masks on. You sign in and complete documentation before going back. My massage therapist asked a couple of questions and covered some points on the paperwork which helped me understand their process better. I've been to quite a few places before, but this was pretty nice. Music not too loud, my therapist was not chatty (super appreciate), and it was a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally I noticed that there are peep holes in the doors? And it's not for the patient to look out, they look in to the treatment room. Maybe it's to check on whether or not you're ready for them to re-enter but still creepy in my opinion.
