The staff was attentive, and the massage focused on areas I mentioned, like her neck and shoulders. As someone who gets regular massages in LA, I thought it was decent but not exceptional. The pressure was lighter than I prefer, and at times, it felt more like poking than deep tissue work. For a first-time or less regular massage-goer, it's a great value. I'd likely try another place for more intense pressure but would consider returning for the standard Thai massage. Solid choice for the price!

Getting an appointment same day or even same month at the fancy pants massage is out of the question, so in steps O Chi Reflexology (aka, Mall Massage)! There's no shame in my game, I'll sit in the middle of the aisle at Mayfair Mall getting a chair massage, nobody pays no mind. And here at Southridge Mall, O Chi has been a lifesaver recently, and I've gotten a chair and a table massage on short notice. (There's no reservations here, you just show up!). I really liked my chair massage, and recently went 40 minutes on the table with a 10 minute foot massager added on. It was an intensely deep back shoulder massage that kind of made me sore for two days! Hey, that's fine, but man oh man it was nuts. 10 minute foot was plenty and seriously it was a lifesaver. I'll be back to O Chi for the occasional chair massage and since they stamp your card, I've got an incentive to fill it up and fill up my cup, because I'm worth it!
