Furthermore, she asked me a few times if the pressure was good, which I really appreciate! After the 45 minute session, I asked if we could increase it by 15 more minutes because I had fallen asleep! It was amazing! She stretched my legs and arms! After the session was over, she gave me a water bottle! She also explained to me how I can stretch my back at home and what I can do to relieve mild tension. I really appreciated her time and expertise!
