First time here and it was a good experience. This location is tucked into a shopping area across from Target. When you enter, they have a sign up saying masks are optional. One person behind the desk had a mask and the other didn't. The two massage therapists I saw that afternoon (including mine) both had masks on. You sign in and complete documentation before going back. My massage therapist asked a couple of questions and covered some points on the paperwork which helped me understand their process better. I've been to quite a few places before, but this was pretty nice. Music not too loud, my therapist was not chatty (super appreciate), and it was a comfortable atmosphere. All in all, relaxing and therapeutic session. I look forward to going back! Prices seem a little high but I may look into the membership to make it more manageable. read more

Decided to purchase the membership in January and it has been something that I look forward to every month. I go to the same therapist every month, she is a pressure level 4, deepest possible. The only slightly negative thing I have to say is she is really popular and books up well over a month out now. They then moved her to West Allis, I would prefer they bring on more deep pressure trained therapists to provide more options. Both the Elm Grove and West Allis facilities are clean, well maintained, and a very peaceful and relaxing environment. read more

Had a bad allergic skin reaction on my face for weeks after the massage. Went to urgent care and had a special prescription for the ER doctor. read more

I was having some back muscle pain, but Elements in Whitefish Bay was booked, so I called this location and was able to get an appointment with Beth. She asked me what brought me in and explained her technique, which ended up being perfect. She is very strong and was able to locate and remove the knots causing most of my discomfort. I will be scheduling future massages with her. read more

Don't sign up for monthly massages because it is very difficult to get an appointment with your favorite massage therapist. And, cancelling your monthly enrollment is a nightmare. You need to provide a 30-day notice and use the massages by the end of the enrollment time frame. Good luck being able to book those last massages. I recommend using a spa or a local massage therapist rather than one of these chains!!! read more

Trillion gave me a wonderful 1 hour massage, she focused on my problem areas and gave me a recommendations of how to better ease these tensions at home. I would highly recommend her service and will be back someday soon. read more

I've been a member for a few years now. It's a nice, clean, professional place. It took many massages of trial and error to find therapists that were right for me, but I did. I just don't know if I can keep it up. The price has gone up $20 for a 50 minute massage in just a couple of years. I have to work an entire day to pay for a massage. The tip I give is more then I make in an hour of work. It's just not adding up. I guess massages are only for the wealthy now. read more

There is nothing better you can do for yourself than get into a professional massage routine. Every 3-5 weeks is must. You will thank yourself later for it. You should consider it a routine health program. I tried several places in the area before settling at Elements. They have a great program and system for keeping you on track. It is quick and easy to get in and they will send you openings for the coming week, if you need a between session tune up. Just like everyone's needs are different, Elements therapists are different. Don't be turned away from the first or last. Just find the one that fits your needs. Then lock in for your routine trip to relaxation. Your birthday will get you a 1.5 hr massage. Just wish you could stay even longer. They also have different techniques they use, salt rocks, oils to name a few. The facility is very clean and modern. You would not think it is a strip center. Bottle of water at the end helps to keep you hydrated. Isn't it time you start doing something nice for yourself? Call and set up an appointment and get started on something you will enjoy, time and time again. read more

I have issues with muscle cramping and get serious knots in my back/neck/shoulders to the point where I have been in physical therapy for related headaches and migraines from the whole situation for years! It's very difficult for me to find relief, and this place did a better job than any other place I've been! My massage was very tailored to my specific needs, and my therapist, Alex worked with me to do some therapeutic stretches throughout the massage. The next day it was like the topography of my back/neck/shoulders changed...for once, it wasn't full of ginormous knots and I swear my shoulder dropped like an inch after being so knotted it was stuck up too close to my ears. Referring my mom and friends and extended family here. Thank you! read more

I've been a client here for a few years and I have to say that these are some of the best massages I've ever had. So many excellent therapists, a calm, peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Front desk staff are awesome and they check in with me periodically to set up appointments. Therapists Carol, Alice, and Michelle are especially good. I can't do life without my massages! read more

I always know I'm going to have a good massage here no matter who I see! I'm not one for a membership, so I don't go here often because their prices are too high without membership, but if they had normal prices I would be coming more often! read more

I had a good massage here, with the LivingSocial deal. They offer/promote/push on you their monthly plan (sounds exactly like a YMCA membership with rules for inactivity, quitting, carrying over) claiming it is a great deal, but the prices are comparable to a regular massage price. Prices did not tempt me at all. read more

The membership flexibility is what got me in the door, and the experience with my therapist Alice is what will keep me coming back. She was so intuitive, knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent care throughout my massage! read more

I have seen many different therapists over the years of being an Elements Massage patron. They have all been very professional and thorough in their service. All are quite knowledgeable and consistent in their respective areas of expertise. It may take trying a number of therapists to find the right fit for you. I see Garrett, he has worked on a foot joint injury For the past number of months. I appreciate the care and knowledge he brings to every appointment. read more

Beth is Amazing!!!! I have been getting massages for years but never had a massage that actually makes me feel GREAT afterwards! Great welcoming staff and always a great experience. I highly recommend Beth!!!! read more

I always look forward to my appointments here! Scheduling is very easy. The front staff are always very calm and friendly. I've had great experiences with the therapists and always come out feeling refreshed. I've been a member here for just over a year and have been regularly going every 4-6 weeks or so. read more

Outstanding Staff always incredibly friendly and willing to help and the massage therapists are great!

I was pleasantly surprised during my recent visit to Elements in Elm Grove. It was my first time there. The lobby while small was still inviting and peaceful. The front desk staff was friendly & helpful and offered water right away. The massage rooms were nice. There is not the full spa experience of changing into a robe and fancy locker rooms but thats not always necessary anyways. My Massage Therapist was great, very skilled, focused exactly on the muscles I requested and even gave me some helpful tips post massage. I recommend it here! read more

I've been here at least a dozen times and continue to go back. It's not as fancy as some of the other spas in the area (cough cough, Azana), but their massages are better. I've had a variety of different therapists, and they are all very skilled. read more

My new favorite place to get massages! It is rather pricey, but I always feel amazing after I leave! I recommend Cindy or Ana!

Love this place! Best customized massages ever. It's clean, relaxing and everyone is very pleasant. Clayton is #1

Great massages at an affordable price. I am a member of Elements, and they give me plenty of perks. I am able to give my monthly massages to any of my family members. Plus, I get a free birthday massage. They also have aromatherapy - only $10 extra, very enjoyable. They treat me very well at Elements, I would highly recommend it! read more

The curtesy and respect that was shown and the desire to help. This was my first massage ever and I had a very pleasant time. I can now see why people talk about them. Thank you! read more

I've been a member for several years now and opt for a 90 minute massage just about every month. The friendly and attentive reception adds to the exceptional massage experience from Ben. The membership price is very fair and by paying monthly, I'm motivated to actually schedule my appointments. read more

I have been a member at this location for a couple of years now. I have had many massages throughout that time as well as have given gift certificates at this location. I found all of them to be good. As well as, they have the ability to place me with the right therapist based on my current need. Sometimes I just need a relaxation massage at others times I needed a deep tissue work out the cramps. I recently had Adrianna she had a moderate touch it was a good massage and I love the inviting front staff as well as the place is always peaceful, relaxing, and clean. read more

Everyone there is helpful and makes you feel welcome. It is a warm environment but not over done and "pushy" like some spas. Their massages are customized to you with Pressure, focus areas and specific injuries-making sure that your concerns are met. The best thing there? The therapists and massages are not one type fits all --they cater to YOU(and everyone is licensed). Been to other places that were not what you expected? Then don't hesitate to give them a try. The therapist will be fit to you and they are great at making recommendations to get you through every day activities. I will keep going back because I am not going to stop living and working and want my body to feel the best doing it!! Thanks Everyone at Elements! read more

Kali is very professional and works the areas you need. I have been going here for 4 months now and love it. No matter what type of massage you are looking for they have a professional masseuse to accommodate you. read more

Elements scheduling flexibility is very helpful with my busy schedule. Along with having a number of massage therapists available, with different skill levels and strengths, makes Elements great. read more

Angela at the Front Desk was very rude and disorganized. She acted as though she was doing me a favor acknowledging me. I have been a long time customer of Elements Elm Grove and will never go back.
