First time here and it was a good experience. This location is tucked into a shopping area across from Target. When you enter, they have a sign up saying masks are optional. One person behind the desk had a mask and the other didn't. The two massage therapists I saw that afternoon (including mine) both had masks on. You sign in and complete documentation before going back. My massage therapist asked a couple of questions and covered some points on the paperwork which helped me understand their process better. I've been to quite a few places before, but this was pretty nice. Music not too loud, my therapist was not chatty (super appreciate), and it was a comfortable atmosphere. All in all, relaxing and therapeutic session. I look forward to going back! Prices seem a little high but I may look into the membership to make it more manageable. read more

Decided to purchase the membership in January and it has been something that I look forward to every month. I go to the same therapist every month, she is a pressure level 4, deepest possible. The only slightly negative thing I have to say is she is really popular and books up well over a month out now. They then moved her to West Allis, I would prefer they bring on more deep pressure trained therapists to provide more options. Both the Elm Grove and West Allis facilities are clean, well maintained, and a very peaceful and relaxing environment. read more

Don't sign up for monthly massages because it is very difficult to get an appointment with your favorite massage therapist. And, cancelling your monthly enrollment is a nightmare. You need to provide a 30-day notice and use the massages by the end of the enrollment time frame. Good luck being able to book those last massages. I recommend using a spa or a local massage therapist rather than one of these chains!!! read more

I was having some back muscle pain, but Elements in Whitefish Bay was booked, so I called this location and was able to get an appointment with Beth. She asked me what brought me in and explained her technique, which ended up being perfect. She is very strong and was able to locate and remove the knots causing most of my discomfort. I've been a member for a few years now. It's a nice, clean, professional place. It took many massages of trial and error to find therapists that were right for me, but I did. I just don't know if I can keep it up. The price has gone up $20 for a 50 minute massage in just a couple of years. I have to work an entire day to pay for a massage. The tip I give is more then I make in an hour of work. It's just not adding up. I guess massages are only for the wealthy now. read more

There is nothing better you can do for yourself than get into a professional massage routine. Every 3-5 weeks is must. You will thank yourself later for it. You should consider it a routine health program. I tried several places in the area before settling at Elements. They have a great program and system for keeping you on track. It is quick and easy to get in and they will send you openings for the coming week, if you need a between session tune up. Just like everyone's needs are different, Elements therapists are different. Don't be turned away from the first or last. Just find the one that fits your needs. Then lock in for your routine trip to relaxation. Your birthday will get you a 1.5 hr massage. Just wish you could stay even longer. They also have different techniques they use, salt rocks, oils to name a few. The facility is very clean and modern. You would not think it is a strip center. Bottle of water at the end helps to keep you hydrated. Isn't it time you start doing something nice for yourself? My massage was very tailored to my specific needs, and my therapist, Alex worked with me to do some therapeutic stretches throughout the massage. The next day it was like the topography of my back/neck/shoulders changed...for once, it wasn't full of ginormous knots and I swear my shoulder dropped like an inch after being so knotted it was stuck up too close to my ears. They offer/promote/push on you their monthly plan (sounds exactly like a YMCA membership with rules for inactivity, quitting, carrying over) claiming it is a great deal, but the prices are comparable to a regular massage price. I have seen many different therapists over the years of being an Elements Massage patron. They have all been very professional and thorough in their service. All are quite knowledgeable and consistent in their respective areas of expertise. It may take trying a number of therapists to find the right fit for you. I was pleasantly surprised during my recent visit to Elements in Elm Grove. It was my first time there. The lobby while small was still inviting and peaceful. The front desk staff was friendly & helpful and offered water right away. The massage rooms were nice. There is not the full spa experience of changing into a robe and fancy locker rooms but thats not always necessary anyways. My Massage Therapist was great, very skilled, focused exactly on the muscles I requested and even gave me some helpful tips post massage. I recommend it here! read more

I have been a member at this location for a couple of years now. I have had many massages throughout that time as well as have given gift certificates at this location. I found all of them to be good. As well as, they have the ability to place me with the right therapist based on my current need. Sometimes I just need a relaxation massage at others times I needed a deep tissue work out the cramps. Their massages are customized to you with Pressure, focus areas and specific injuries-making sure that your concerns are met. The best thing there?
