You sign in and complete documentation before going back. My massage therapist asked a couple of questions and covered some points on the paperwork which helped me understand their process better. I've been to quite a few places before, but this was pretty nice. Music not too loud, my therapist was not chatty (super appreciate), and it was a comfortable atmosphere. They then moved her to West Allis, I would prefer they bring on more deep pressure trained therapists to provide more options. Both the Elm Grove and West Allis facilities are clean, well maintained, and a very peaceful and relaxing environment.
