There's no shame in my game, I'll sit in the middle of the aisle at Mayfair Mall getting a chair massage, nobody pays no mind. And here at Southridge Mall, O Chi has been a lifesaver recently, and I've gotten a chair and a table massage on short notice. (There's no reservations here, you just show up!). I really liked my chair massage, and recently went 40 minutes on the table with a 10 minute foot massager added on. It was an intensely deep back shoulder massage that kind of made me sore for two days! Hey, that's fine, but man oh man it was nuts. 10 minute foot was plenty and seriously it was a lifesaver. I'll be back to O Chi for the occasional chair massage and since they stamp your card, I've got an incentive to fill it up and fill up my cup, because I'm worth it!

When I walked in, she took me to the back room, and asked what areas she should focus on. I stated that since I am right handed, I tend to overwork this side of my body. Once I laid down on the table, she popped my back within five seconds. I have never had any masseuse do this. She really focused on areas of my back that were tense. Furthermore, she asked me a few times if the pressure was good, which I really appreciate! After the 45 minute session, I asked if we could increase it by 15 more minutes because I had fallen asleep! It was amazing! She stretched my legs and arms! After the session was over, she gave me a water bottle! She also explained to me how I can stretch my back at home and what I can do to relieve mild tension. I really appreciated her time and expertise! I had a wonderful experience here and look forward to returning!

The space is very nice (a dentist office previously) and included a heated bed and multiple blankets to keep warm. Lily could tell I traveled for work and called out multiple areas that needed attention. She incorporated hot stone and stretching where applicable. I frequent multiple massage places through multiple coasts through my travels and I was really impressed with Lily's technique and bedside manner. I enjoyed my massage so much that I instantly booked a 90 minute massage again post my next flight.

I had an hour long Chinese message with cupping. I usually made 2-4 trips a year before parenthood and this visit is my first after a whole year of not (makes for a more honest and detailed review). Ms. Tina was my therapist and I highly recommend. The caliber of treatment is up to par with establishments charging 3 times higher in rates. I have trouble with my hip, knees and both shoulders, after my session I felt pounds lighter (muscular tenderness was almost completely absent). Her technique/experience speak for itself and I can only support with my testimony. Take home, I recommend and folks sleeping on a mattress that is not priced at 3k+ this type of therapy helps offset soreness you didn't know you had.

You sign in and complete documentation before going back. My massage therapist asked a couple of questions and covered some points on the paperwork which helped me understand their process better. I've been to quite a few places before, but this was pretty nice. Music not too loud, my therapist was not chatty (super appreciate), and it was a comfortable atmosphere.
