I scheduled a relaxation massage for 60 minutes with Heidi. It was absolutely amazing!!! She asked me if there were any focus areas and I let her know my neck as a focus area from sitting at a computer all day for my work. It was the perfect amount of extra focus along with the rest of the areas for the entire massage. I felt like everything was perfectly aligned after leaving the massage! Heidi was very nice and asked a few times if the pressure was comfortable during the massage. Merissa is also great! Each time she takes the time to go over any changes/current needs with my skin. He is just as thorough, knowledgeable and caring as he was back in the old days. His practice has grown but he still takes the time to get to know my baseline, my lifestyle (which really coincides with my spinal health since I am a backpacking guide full time) and my needs.
