Ab has a unique approach to massaging that is really incredible. She listens to your body, finds the sore spots and knots, and takes care of each area as she comes across it. I was having trouble moving my arm a certain way without feeling a pinching pain - and I didn't think a massage would fix it - but Ab proved me very wrong.
