I tried skiing for the first time and after two days my shoulders and hands needed a little help. I booked. 90 minute massage with Seth (for half of the price of a massage at our hotel!). The location was perfect (next to a Starbucks!), and the space was beautiful and relaxing. You could hear the employees on the other side of the wall sometimes but overall it was a great experience. The massage helped and I felt much better after! read more

My husband and I have come here a number of times over the last year. We scheduled with Erica and Eve at first and rebooked them every time as they both do great work and are really friendly. They both listened to our needs and met expectations every time! Thanks ladies :) The couples therapy room is cozy with a little electric fireplace. This was especially nice on those colder winter days. read more

Wonderful massage studio in Lake Geneva. It's easy to overlook as its location is a little hidden in a general business building downtown. Once you go inside it is dimly lit and totally relaxing vibes and smells. We did a couples massage which allowed for a truly intimate experience with my hubby. The massage therapists were great and very strong if you like deep tissue. They communicated well and focused on problem areas, even included hot stones and essential oils. They offered us tea and water. Next time I'm in Lake Geneva I will be back, it's much cheaper than getting a massage at one of the resorts. read more

Dale and Renee were absolutely wonderful for our couples massage! The team was so sweet as well. They originally had us waitlisted and were able to fit us in last minute. They were so good I see why there was a waitlist!! read more

Element Massage Studio - About to get a much needed couples massage - Massage Therapy Near Me - Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

Traci is amazing! I bought my husband a massage gift certificate for his birthday, for a couples massage. A shameless gift for both of us. Worth every penny. It's important to know that a massage is what you make it. If something is painful, or you want the therapist to do something different you gotta tell them. Traci and Eve listened. I was hesitant to get naked for strangers, but they made me so comfortable. My husband had abdominal surgery three months and they worked so well with him. Just an amazing experience all around. read more

Booked a couples getaway in Lake Geneva and came across this studio after searching through Yelp reviews. We were able to book with Dale and Jen G. and it was absolutely wonderful!! Very clean upscale studio, they do a great consult prior to start to make sure that they can focus and concentrate on what the customer needs. We left very satisfied, would highly recommend! read more

This massage was fantastic. I was offered aromatherapy which was also really nice. Pressure was nothing short of perfect the whole time. My mind wandered and I was super relaxed. We are only in town for the weekend, otherwise I'd be back here regularly! Can't recommend enough. read more

My standout comment: The ladies that all work here are real sweethearts and give an unforgettable massage. I made my reservation via text with the business and it went as smooth as can be. You can also make reservations online or by phone. I came here for a 90 minute relaxation couples message. Unlike most things in Lake Geneva WI, this place is pretty spot on for massage prices. No unrealistic up-charge in pricing happens here. For first timers: This place is located in the strip mall subway is attached to. Look for a black door directly next to Subways. Go down the hall and it's a few doors on your right. Once inside, you will sit in a common middle area to fill out paperwork. Massage therapists then escort you into your room where they go over the paperwork and then leave you to undress and get into the bed. After a few minuets they come back in and the massage starts. After massage they leave the room again, allow you to dress and you come out to pay when you're ready. All around atmosphere is dark with low dimmed light and the relaxation music is spot on with getting you into the zen mode. There is plenty of street parking around this location. Cheap too, $2 for 2 hours! read more

What an incredible experience at Element Massage Studio! A rush of relaxation hits you when you walk through that door. Friendly staff always a plus! Dale is the master of massage! By far, the best and most relaxing massage I've ever had. I normally have at least 6-7 massages a year and I've experienced massages in many different cities. Thanks Element Massage Studio for the great experience. I did not want to my session to end. read more

I was in need of a massage and thought I wouldn't be able to get one the same day, especially on a Monday. Not only was I able to easily schedule online, through their website I was able to get one within 2 hours! Traci did an amazing job and focused on my neck due to an injury I sustained over the weekend. I have already recommended Traci and Element to my family and I will definitely be back when I'm in the area. read more

Element Massage Studio - Treatment room with all the necessary ambiance. - Massage Therapy Near Me - Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

The vibe in this place is seriously cozy for being in an office building! Dark lights, fireplaces and lots of candles put me in a relaxed mood. The staff was friendly and the massage was average. My lower rating comes from the actual time of service. We paid for a 90 min service and from paperwork to out the door was 95 minutes. Also after undressing and waiting for the technician to return, they did a gift card sale. I get your staff is lean but I would expect the service time to extend a bit to make up for serving others during my session which was a little over $1/minute. I recommend giving it a try as the prices are reasonable for a tourist town and the place was very clean. Also they offer a yelp check-in discount. Edited my original review after the owner reached out for additional feedback. I feel that making an effort to improve based on customer feedback is totally worth a star! read more

Sometimes I hesitate about getting a massage on vacation. What if I don't like the place? What if the therapist isn't great or doesn't "get" me? What if I leave feeling less relaxed because of the money I spent? Well I am here to tell you Element is worth every penny, and Renee was worth DOUBLE that!! I had a 60 min pain relieving CBD massage and OMG over 24 hours later I still feel amazing. The ambiance is so lovely, the music was a nice change from typical spa music (if you like Bon Iver ha ha), the people were so friendly and made me instantly comfortable. I will 100% make this part of any future Lake Geneva trips. And bonus: walkable from The Cove!! read more

These guys are amazing! The studio is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The staff is friendly, attentive, approachable, and funny! My mom and I started are vacation here with a 1 hr relaxation massage. I caught myself about to drool! They know exactly what they are doing and their use of essential oils and hot stones put us in a wonderful blissful state. I honestly can not say enough great things about them! Go here as often as possible! We had Dale and Traci! We can vouch for both of them as exceptional. read more

I was lucky enough to finally spend my gift card at Element Massage Studio and holy moly, it was incredible! This was the best therapeutic massage I've ever had! Tiffany was amaaazing! She had such a soothing, calming, and relaxing tone to her voice/presence and created such a perfect and welcoming atmosphere for my first massage at Element. They go above and beyond with their COVID measures, i.e. washing hands upon arrival, wearing masks for the entire session (which I appreciate so much). Tiffany was warm and welcoming and put me instantly at ease. She created a safe and soothing environment for my 60 minute therapeutic massage, provided comfortable privacy, and did not "chit chat" during my session other than intelligently answering any questions I had along the way (about specific tense areas, knots, etc.). Before the session, she made sure to talk to me about what I was looking for during my session. She offered me a wide selection of aromatherapy of my choosing, made sure the bed was at a comfortable temperature, made sure the room was soothing to my liking and she accommodated the wants and needs of my personal session. She was able to immediately identify points of tension and knots in my back I didn't even realize I had! I prefer a "deep" pressure massage, which she delivered! I was so satisfied that upon leaving, I bought another gift card for myself (or a gift for anyone along the way that I feel deserves it :) ) I will 10000% go back and am counting down the minutes until I do! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

This was my first time getting a massage, and I entirely regret waiting this long to get one! Dale is incredibly talented at what he does, and unparalleled in his professionalism and friendliness. I left feeling brand new, and I look forward to my next appointment! read more

This was literally the best massage I have had in my life. Renee was my massage therapist and she was fantastic. The price was unbeatable, and I literally would have paid double for the experience. Visited Lake Geneva for my 10 year anniversary and wanted to treat my wife to a massage. Reached out to try and get a couples massage but there was no availability on the day that I attempted. I had some back pain and some serious trigger points flaring up so I checked reviews and scheduled an appointment and they took me the same day. Incredibly professional staff and I felt very welcome. I was paired with Eve...and I can honestly say in all my experiences with massage therapists through the years none come CLOSE to Eve. At one point despite the pain I was having and she was working those spots she was also very attentive to how it was affecting me and I could tell by her experience she understands how far she can push to give you the most benefit from the massage. Nothing but professional and at one point completely forgot where I was..Thank you so much EVE!!! I think tomorrow looks like I might be feeling better thanks to you. A good massage therapist deserves the praise. read more

Element Massage Studio - Massage Therapy Near Me - Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

I had my first "professional" massage here and it was fantastic! Your massage takes place in a private room filled with wonderful scents, music, and candles. The "bed" that you lay on is heated and super comfortable. Dale was very responsive to individual needs and made me feel at ease. The business is located in a little shopping center right next to the big Starbucks. It is in a super convenient location and within easy walking distance of any of the accommodations in the downtown area by Main, Center, etc. I highly recommend! Wonderful first massage experience! read more

Absolutely Phenomenal....let me start by saying I have been in physical therapy so 4 months, 3 times a week in Chicago for Nerve Damage and Vision Loss. My husband booked a 90 minute massage for me when we schedule a "weekend" away. I have been a faithful massage customer in Chicago for years, I will figure out a way to come for my massage to Element, at least quarterly. The environment, combined with skillful technique, left me with one of the best "pain free" days I have had since August when my life suddenly changed. For the first time in months, I did not take pain medicine for headaches or sleeping pills at night. If you suffer from any type of ailment, the patience and understanding you will find at element is only surpassed by the level of massage technique. I actually cried at the end, I have not been pain free in so long, I forgot what it felt like. Thank you! read more

My husband and I came here for a couples massage and celebrating my husband's birthday. I found this massage studio based on yelp recommendations and what a fabulous find. We both agreed that this was probably the best massage we ever had. I had Dale and my husband had Renee as our therapists. They were both very attentive to our needs, asking which scents we preferred and really worked on our stress spots without hurting us. We were so relaxed we didn't want to leave! I can't wait to come back for another massage and wished I lived closer so that I could enjoy these services on a regular basis. Also as a special bonus when we were leaving, Dale recommended a great restaurant for lunch. I would highly recommend this massage studio! You won't be disappointed! read more

I called this place a day before to book a couples massage. They didn't have an opening, but they were nice enough to text me the next day to notify their openings. We went and Traci greeted us and really made us feel comfortable. She brought out water for us, which is very crucial for massaging place. She asked us if we would like to have our tables pre- heated. Of course, we said yes! We also got to choose which aroma type that we would like to use. I am allergic to certain moisturizers,so Traci brought out the lotion and made me try to make sure I wasn't reacting to it. We receive great service from the beginning. Their survey questionnaire was very detailed. It might feel like a burden feeling out questions, but I liked the fact that they really care about every detail about the customer. When we went under the cover- it was warm and cozy. Dale, the other masseuse, asked if the pressure felt okay and made sure he was massaging the area where it needed the most. Traci was great too. She started off a bit too smooth, but definitely knew how to get rid of my knots later on. I fell asleep for an hour... So I don't remember after that. Haha I highly recommend going to this place and make sure to book an appointment in advance because it's a popular place. This is the only place that allows you online booking, which is very convenient. This place is really up to date and knows what's needed for the consumers. We will be back for the next trip! Thanks Dale and Traci;) read more
