It is easy to see why this studio has five stars. The moment we walked through the door we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. The ambience was relaxing and soothing as well. My husband and I had scheduled a 90 minute couples massage with Dale and Traci. They were absolutely wonderful and the experience was one of the highlights of our weekend. We even received a very sweet anniversary gift when we left! All in all, excellent service with very reasonable pricing. We are already talking about when we can come back for another massage. read more

I went for the first time this past weekend and it was a fantastic experience. Dale is a great guy and really knows what he is doing, and has amazing music taste! I really enjoyed the ambiance of the room, it was warm, comfortable and beautiful. My back feels a lot better and I look forward to going again! LOVED THIS PLACE!! Dale and Traci were AMAZING!! My husband and I have slipped herniated discs in our backs, I can't explain how much pain relief we had when we left! My husband said he never felt a women with that type of grip before lol, she had him sleeping like a baby and dale is a Beast, he held my pain in his hand as he slowly worked it out. Our wedding anniversary is today and they went above and beyond by taking the time out of there busy day to shop for chocolate covered strawberries, champagne and rose peddles! We really felt special. Can't recommend this place enough!! read more

I have been having really bad back and neck pain from stress. I also get headaches. One day was so bad that I called Element and asked if there was any way they could get me in that day, luckily they had an opening (thank you to whoever canceled last min!) Dale was my masseuse and he was amazing. I can honestly not say enough good things about him and the massage. I was so relaxed and left being able to move my neck and back. I absolutely plan on returning. read more

The best massage I have ever had. Dale was amazing-kind-sweet-welcoming. I brought my mom for her birthday and she spent 90 minutes with Traci. She agreed that this was hands down the very best experience she has ever had. We walked out, sat in the car, and both took a big deep breath at the same time-sheer relaxation. Do yourself a favor and experience this amazing place with this amazing staff-you will become hooked instantly!!! Will become my new go to every time I am back in town to see family. 5 star PLUS!!!!! read more

We loved everything about our experience here. I would recommend it to anyone! I bought a couples massage for my husbands birthday. We both LOVED it! As soon as you walk into the door, you are transported into a relaxing atmosphere. Traci and Dale made us feel so comfortable. They made sure that we were comfortable with the temperature of the bed, pressure of their hands, and choice of oil scent. My husband was impressed with Dale's massaging techniques and I almost fell asleep because of how relaxed I was as Traci massaged my back. We will most definitely be back! read more

Let me start by saying Service is always the key to a business. I called this business two days prior to Christmas Eve wanting massages for wife, daughter and I on Christmas Eve. Traci, Renee, and one other therapist not only stayed beyond their closing time on Xmas Eve, they did a fantastic job accommodating us and to top it off, the massages were great. If that in itself doesn't make you pick this spot, then just go elsewhere. Thank you Traci, Renee and other therapist (sorry, didn't get your name). You all were great and made for a Merry Xmas away from home. read more

I had never been here before, but was very pleased with my experience. The environment was very tranquil and comforting. Dale was amazing and listened to my concerns and spent extra time massaging back as I asked him to. I also really loved the use of essential oils to help relax even more. Defiantly will be coming back! read more

My husband and I booked a couples massage with Renee and another gal my husband forgot her name, and it was INCREDIBLE. I literally melted. Renee was so great and gave me just what I needed! My husband was happy with his as well although he said it could have been a bit stronger pressure. We'll definitely be coming back again and again! read more

Loved this place! My wife and I came here to unwind and relax and that's exactly what we did. Super friendly as we walked through the door and they did an AMAZING job with the massages. Thank you guys for the hospitality and amazing massages. We'll definitely come here again and will recommend to our friends. Keep up the great work! read more

Element Massage Studio - Massage Therapy Near Me - Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

Omg this is the best massage place I have ever been to. I'm here visiting from Chicago with my sisters and friends. Dale is amazing, he runs one of the most cleanest massage place I have been to. Eve and Renee deserves 20 stars. The massage was amazing, they were so professional and the nicest people ever. If I ever get a chance to come by to Lake Guevara this will be my first stop. Great job Dale on a well ran business. It was worth every penny my friends and I spent and more. read more

Amazing! Great massage from start to finish. First, the booking on-line is super easy, one of the best I've seen. Super easy to see Dale's availability, pricing, and massage styles. I booked on a whim and managed to get an appointment for the next day at exactly the time I was hoping for. Second, the ambience is really nice. The rooms are nice and warm, music is good, and it always smells like lavender. Not at all noisy, as there are just two treatment rooms and a bathroom in the suite. Third, the massage was awesome. People always say my muscles are like steel (not in a good way) and Dale managed to work out the chronic tension I have in my right shoulder and neck. REALLY great massage. And the cost is quite reasonable. HIGHLY recommended! read more

We were out of town for the weekend in Lake Geneva and just did a couples massage at Element Massage Studio. Oh my goodness. They were AMAZING! When we first walked into space it is incredibly decorated. The calm atmosphere is incredible. We were warmly greeted at check in. Everyone was so friendly and kind. We then were led to the gorgeous room for our couples massage. The beds are so incredibly comfortable. Heated tables, very comfortable. I had Tiffany for my massage and she was incredible. She was able to find the spots that I talked about before we started. She was so kind and listened to everything I was telling her and it was not rushed at it. Her technique was amazing and what an incredibly nice person. Excellent. My boyfriend had Kate as his massage therapist and said exactly the same thing. We met Dale the owner after and he was so kind. We were warmly sent on our way. I 100% recommend this wonderful place. We will be back again on our next visit! Thank you all so much again! read more

i'm from Chicago, went to LAke Geneva for the weekend and found Element Massage! Best massage ever! Dale is an absolute professional, listens to areas of concern, truly wants you to enjoy your massage experience. I got the 90 minute massage and it was heavenly. Room very clean and quiet....a must for me to relax. The aromatherapy scents lingered throughout the room. He played the best music. I had to ask for artist name. Element massage is a gem for massages. It's conveniently located and reasonably priced compared to others I searched for. This will be my go to massage place every time go to Lake Geneva. Great work, Dale! Keep it up. read more

Fabulous massage! Great oils! Love Traci, but love that she didn't talk during massage! Can't wait to go again!

Love! It's very clean, friendly/professional, & technically wonderful. We live in Chicago & have traveled all over the world & have had many massages over the years. We have a weekend seasonal cottage in LG & needed a massage. Found this gem & loved. You will too. The best place in LG:) read more

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. My two girlfriends and I booked 60 minute massages this past weekend. We were welcomed so warmly by the staff. And the space is a surprisingly warm, cozy and inviting oasis (as it's located in an office building so that result could be difficult to achieve). There are so many nice and thoughtful touches throughout the common territory and in the treatment rooms that you feel as though you might not want to leave. I know that both of my friends had excellent massages but I can not recall the names of their massage therapists. Dale, who is so kind and warm, was my massage therapist and I could not have had a better experience. He asked me a few questions first and then proceeded with the massage. During the massage, he did ask me if the pressure was sufficient or if in certain areas, I preferred more or less. Dale truly listened;I was so appreciative for that as sometimes more pressure works best for some of those stubborn knots and aches. Dale also applied hot stones during the treatment which added an even greater element to my relaxation and goals for this massage. It was by far the bet massage I have had. When my girlfriends and I reconvened in the waiting area, we could hardly move as we were so relaxed. We sighed repeatedly (the good kind), sipped water and just enjoyed the effects of three excellent massages. Since I live in the area, I know that I will be back! read more

This was one of, if not the best, massages I've ever had! My boyfriend and I got a couples massage with Dale & Emmy and they were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. First, Dale worked hard to rearrange clients times so that we could have an appointment as well. Also, usually when you tell a massage therapist to focus on specific areas such as upper back/neck, in my experiences, they don't really focus on it that much more than the rest of massage- Dale really worked out knots & focused on what I said! I will definitely come back here the next time I'm in lake Geneva and will refer to others!! read more

Traci was amazing! The environment was lovely and very relaxing. We did a 90 minutes couples massage. Traci used the perfect amount of pressure and was wonderful. read more

Staff was so nice and accommodating. Massage was amazing! Will definitely be back! Thank you!

My wife and I just had a massage here and we both thought it was awesome. My wife has chronic lower back pain and Dale did a great job. She said that she couldn't feel any pain in her lower back afterwards, which is rare. Emmy did my massage and applied just the right amount of pressure. I left the place floating on clouds! read more

Perfection! I booked my appointment very last minute and it happened to be the weekend of my wedding. I was at max stress! Dale was so accommodating and attentive. He asked specifically what areas needed relaxing and his skills as a masseuse are on the expert level. The atmosphere is beautiful, and instantly puts you into the relaxation zone. I would not be exaggerating to say it is the best massage Salon I have been lucky enough to use. If you are looking for a way to reduce stress and get lost in relaxation, this is the place. If I could leave 50 stars I would! So glad his business has grown and is part of the Lake Geneva area. read more

First time here, found the place very professional and relaxing. Emmie was very gentle, competent and accommodating. Definitely will go back. read more

BEST OF THE BEST!! I consider myself a masseuse connoisseur and Traci and Lisa are the best of the best. First, customer service is awesome. We decided last minute we wanted a couples massage and They rearrange schedules to meet our request. Awesome!! And now for the massage. Absolutely perfection. They listened to our aches and pains. Targeted requested areas and found troubled spots we didn't even know we had. We'll be making regular visits every time we are in Lake Geneva. Exactly the kind of physical and mental therapy everyone needs! Oh and the prices are completely reasonably. $110 for 90 mins. Can't beat it! read more

Really enjoy a great couples massage there. Dale and Traci were great. My fiancé and I went for his birthday- he never had a professional massage prior to going there. The place was clean, tranquil, and both Dale & Traci made it a relaxing, comfortable experience. Definitely would go again and highly recommend this studio! read more

Scheduled a last minute massage while in town a couple of weeks ago. Dale did my husband's massage and Traci did mine. Both were excellent. In fact we have scheduled another massage for both of us on a return trip. My husband was having leg pain due to sciatica and hip arthritis and was very uncomfortable walking prior to the massage. Afterward he was so much better that we walked the streets, in and out of the shops for half an hour or more. Thanks to both Dale and Traci. read more

My husband and I had Dale and Traci for an hour massage this past weekend. I've had a number of mediocre massages in the past and I have to say that Dale was really awesome. He was very attentive to my specific issues and went above and beyond to work out some kinks in my back and neck area. I wish I lived closer as I would make massages a regular thing if I were able to go to Dale. Sometimes you go to a masseuse and they just go through the motions to get through the hour. You can tell that he moved specifically where it was needed most and didn't waste time on parts of my body that didn't have tension. He knows his stuff. My husband really liked Traci and thought the massage was excellent as well. I'll seek them out on my next trip to the area. read more

I have had a lot of massages over the years and have one word to sum up my experience with Traci...outstanding! She was very polite, listened to me regarding my trouble areas, focused the right amount of time on those areas, and used techniques that left my sore and stiff muscles feeing relieved and relaxed. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend this place, along with Traci to anyone that asks! She's an All-Star. read more
