My husband and I LOVED our couples massage. We were able to book our appt. online the day before, which was pleasantly surprising. Unfortunately we were running late, and arrived stressed out and frazzled because of our tardiness, and Dale and Traci greeted us with calm smiles and understanding. They offered us water and chocolate to help us feel welcome, and calm. We each got to choose our unique oil scents that were then used continuously throughout during our massages. Dale did an amazing job with my massage, he was attentive the entire time, and it was important to him that my massage was perfect. Traci did an excellent job with my husband, he was fully relaxed the entire time, which is exactly what we wanted out of this massage, and we both walked out of there feeling like brand new people. Fantastic service!! First off, Dale is a sweetheart and very engaging. He's attentive and listens to whatever concerns you have. He uses essential oils to diffuse the room which deepens your relaxation. His massage style is very intuitive and he takes his time to find your problem spots, while checking in on your pressure preference. Calming eclectic music and beautiful decor to boot. Fyi. As soon as I walk in the door of Element Massage Studio my relaxation begins. Soothing, clean, atmosphere and amazingly kind staff greet you. Due to my work, I have consistent back and shoulder pain. Renee has a way of relaxing the muscles and breaking up the knots that is relaxing for me and not painful. Using hot stones and cupping to release the extremely tight muscles. I was having trouble lifting my arm all the way up and after a cupping session was able to fully lift my arm for the first time in months! Yesterday my friend and I ventured off and ended up hiking in Lake Geneva, by the time we were through we were in desperate need of a massage. I called at the last minute, they fit us in between massages. We had excellent massages, we already set one up for next month and we are coming from Indiana... I cannot wait! I have had many, many massages over the years. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and have been searching for an LMT who could give a massage to improve my situation. Based on the great reviews here, my husband and I decided to try this place out during our anniversary getaway. Booking the appointment was easy as well as getting there from where we stayed which was The Cove. The place is a bit small but it's clean and cozy. We did a couples massage. I had Traci and my husband had Dale. Overall, they did a great job. The pressure was good and so were the neck and body stretches. I really enjoyed it and highly recommend them. read more
