She asked what I was looking for in my massage and informed her everywhere especially my left should area. I ruptured this muscle over 10 years ago and hasn't been the same so anyone who does my massages I give a heads up of the tightness in this area. The moment you walk into the room for your massage it was right away a very calming setting. The music, the lighting to the scented room was very chill. Amber informed me about the warming massage table which came in handy on cold days especially recently. I did request if it can be cooled a little because I was starting to get warm before the massage started lol. The headrest was super comfy compared to other ones I've came across and Amber put this scented oil on the cover and had you breath in and wish I asked what that scent was because it was sheer heaven! The body oil used smelled just as fabulous as the oil on the headrest. She did her magic from top to bottom. Because of the work she did on the shoulder area, she placed a hot towel across my shoulders & back and was great and soothing. After I turned to lay on my back, she placed this cloth with the same oil that was used for the head rest across my eyes and a hot towel under my neck that felt really good. Amber let you rest for about 5 minutes before getting dressed and offered a little goodie to take in the look like a hot beverage or a bottle water. I was SO relaxed that when I went on my phone to give her a tip for the great work she did, I couldn't find the app so she offered me to scan in a QR code lol. I would definitely would recommend her to friends and family and she's also a hugger :).

There is a quiet room where you can wait for your massage therapist and it has a massage chair, so if you're lucky enough to get in there at the right time, so can have a "warm-up" massage. My muscles are always a mess, so I require deep tissue massage. I've been getting massages from Steven and Peter. Both do a great job, and I think there is a benefit from their different styles. I have not had any issues with staff, and I find the hours of business to be flexible enough for my needs. I think Massage Envy is worth checking out if you're looking for a massage therapist, and especially if you're looking for regular massage therapy.
