After making the rounds through the years of trying to get my Mom great hearing aids, there was…read morenever an amazing outcome for her. Did she hear better? Yes, but the sound was not crisp & often could hear sound but not well. When my brother lost one of the hearing aids, I had to find a great place that understood her needs & truly cared about the outcome. I wasn't sure that was possible. I did some research online and made an apt at Ahren's. We were greeted warmly by both the receptionist and waited a short while to meet Kathy. Kathy took us into her office for a very thorough exam- something we had not experienced before at other places. There be an exam, yes, but not like this. Kathy immediately noticed that wax build up was an issue, certainly adding to the hearing loss. She cleaned the ears but could not clean one ear as well and sent us to the ENT to clean the wax. She gave my mom a loaner hearing aid until we ordered her new ones. You'd think this would be common before fitting for hearing aids but it was not what we'd experienced. We went back with the cleaned ears and further testing continued. Kathy discussed all the options and we decided on pair. We also got the phone & tv accessory. I cannot tell you how happy my mom is now. She's 91 and has a whole new world opened to her because of Ahren's and Kathy. We highly recommend Ahren's for you or your family member. You will not be disappointed, but will be pleasantly surprised.

We were first fitted for hearing aids at Ahren's. Had fantastic service, a great experience. Then,…read moremy son was converted to cochlears, and thus Ahren's no longer could help us with this service. However, when I needed a part quickly, I called and Ahren's arranged it out of pure kindness. So much so that they even left it with their neighboring store for me to pick up after my own work hours. They are just good people who do everything in their power to help people.

Dr. Monica Tadros is one the most talented, brilliant and caring doctors that I have ever met. For…read moreyears I have been suffering with breathing issues due to a deviated septum but was very skeptical of going under surgery due to past complications. I have also always been very self conscious of the look of my nose, because it was very boxy at the bottom and wide on the sides. I am so grateful that I found Dr. Tadros. From my very first appointment, up until this day, she has been so patient with me throughout my many concerns, questions and just in general throughout this surgery process. Her voice is so calming, and she knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable and take the edge off when in her office. The day before my surgery, Dr.Tadros acquired an injury but that did not stop her from coming in and performing my surgery. She puts her clients first, and that really was the icing on the cake, when it came to all of my doubts about surgery. My surgery went amazing, and each and every single day, i love my nose more and more as it continues to heal. Her staff is amazing, especially Michelle her office manager. She was so inviting when I walked through the door, and followed up with me religiously to make sure that my post op recovery time was going great. I was able to call her at any time of the day, and she was always there to help! She showed amazing customer service and was extremely welcoming each and every time. I would highly recommend going to see Dr. Monica Tadros!

I was scheduled for surgery which I cancelled after reading some really bad reviews on this forum…read more Going under general anesthesia is a very big deal and a patient should feel safe. Nonetheless, my surgery was prepaid in full, which the doctor requires to book the date, which is odd to me but nonetheless, guess what? Fighting to get my money back. Imagine that. I didn't have surgery yet they don't want to give me back over 20k. I have sent multiple notes to the office demanding my money back and still nothing. Thankfully I can dispute it with my credit card company. Extremely extremely disappointed in this experience.
