I went as a walk in so I totally understood having to wait as they were with a patient. Well I ended up waiting 45 min or so, which I didn't really mind, but was very pleasantly surprised that they not only walked the aid and was guards out to my car where I had been waiting, but didn't even charge me since she said I "had to wait so long".
